When you call and have Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling come to your home, you know you have a partner in the care and upkeep of your home’s furnace and air conditioning. Their 6 month maintenance visits keep your systems working at their best. And because they do all they can to keep them working, you know to listen when they tell you it’s time to replace. The office staff is great at scheduling - - they always call you with maintenance appointment options. The technicians arrive on time and are diligent in completing their tasks in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling.

Not friendly. Sat in his truck to maximize the time charged. Extimate was $900. Then I suggested to just fix the ONE broken wire - Fixed the problem. Cost $250.

Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning is very professional and trustworthy. I have used them for several years now and have never been disappointed in their service. I love their text system that keeps you updated on appointments and let’s you know when the tech is on the way. They even provide a photo of the service person who is coming so you know who you are letting into your home. I am very pleased with Unique and will definitely refer them to anyone who needs their services.

I called at about 11:10 and the furnace technician was here at 11:58. Unbelievable! He fixed the issue within about 30 mins. Friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Prices were not unreasonable considering the outside temperature and our toddler. Our house needs to be warm. Thanks for the good work.

We've been customers of Unique for over 20 years, with both heating and cooling. Our wet detector sensor needed replacing in our space pac's air handler. Basically it was just unhook 2 wires and connect the new sensor. I could have done it. The sensor is the size and shape of a hockey puck with a wire coming out of it. I looked up the price for a new one on Google and they sell for $45. Unique charged me $350. for the sensor and the rest to install and make the call. Total; $422.00!!! After 18 hours with no AC in 97 degree heat and humidity I had them do it. If this is how you retain long term customers I'd like to see how you don't. It took their tech 15 minutes for the entire service call. Now I know what abuse feels like.

Prices for parts are 10 times more than can be purchased online. My heat was broken down when it was around -7F outside. I found this company online based on reviews. The tech arrived and spent around one hour and the furnace began working. He changed the capacitor and charged me $395. It was Saturday. In the evening, the furnace stopped working again. I called the company, but no one answered. They called back only on Monday when I had already found another company. I asked the manager to call me back. The manager never called me back. I called her myself. I asked her how to resolve the situation that your company arrived, did something, charged me for $395 and the furnace remained broken. She was very rude during the conversation, raised her voice, and said that this was my problem, that they've done their job, and there can't even be a question of a refund of any amount. The worst customer experience in my life. I do not recommend this company to anyone! They are only interested in your money and nothing else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Excellent experience! We have been using another company for quite a while now and have not been satisfied with the service. We just had a feeling we weren’t being told things upfront and honestly to our benefit but rather to benefit their company business. We were on their maintenance program and every year when they came back to “clean” the furnace or ac, each technician would find something different wrong that inevitably would cost so much to repair that they would suggest just buying a new unit. Every year we never would repair anything suggested (our units were always running fine!), yet the following year, the technician wouldn’t even mention the previous year issue that was found but find something else wrong! I would think that if they knew what they were doing, the assessment would be the same year after year as to what needed to be repaired. We felt we were being taken advantage of and lied to just to buy a new unit. Unique came highly recommended by a friend of ours, Scott Engstrom, who is a home inspector. So I called and made an appointment and everything from the office staff who helped me make the appt to the technician who came to my house felt like they cared about us as a customer and cared about doing what was in our best interest. No selling job, no scare tactics to make us think our equipment was failing. They noticed that the furnace was never really properly disassembled and cleaned, just “checked” and our humidifier filter wasn’t even installed correctly! Keep in mind that I had just had a technician from our other company here 3 weeks prior for the annual cleaning and inspection!! So they weren’t even doing their job to the best of their ability but were obviously very quick to make me think we needed new units. I truly appreciated Unique’s honesty and their expertise. They gave me a window of time for the service call and their technician Scott H came within that time slot, texted when he was on his way. He arrived within 10 minutes of the text. The text came with his picture explaining how long he worked for Unique and a bit about him. He was so kind and professional. He gave me a fair quote, told me what needed to be done and I felt he was completely honest. We will definitely be switching over!

Unique Indoor Comfort is an outstanding company. They can get their service reps out to your home quickly. Not to mention, their service reps are phenomenal! Specifically, Robbie K is top-notch!!! It doesn't get any better. He is very friendly, honest, and courteous. He did not pressure me to purchase cleanings/repairs I didn't need in order to increase sales. Honesty goes a LONG way in my book. And if you want a honest company, go with Unique Indoor Comfort and ask for Robbie K. to come out to your home. You won't regret it!
