Well, he quickly fixed it by replacing a wire, but he charged me $213 which included 45 minutes of labor when he wasn't there longer than 15 minutes. I think I was overcharged, and I'm not happy about that.

These guys rescued me from a great misery of heat. I called and they arrived in no time and fixed my AC. The charges were reasonable and the guy they send was really helpful and polite, thank you.

Sergi, technician , arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. Furnance was operating within 30 minutes. Furnance under warranty so no charge. Sergi was very professional and explained what he found.

Jim was amazing and thoroughly cleaned and solved our heater-efficiency deficiency, he took it from a 2 to a 7.
Hannah the receptionist, scheduler was great too!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped me get the part I needed to fix my a/c condenser. Their price was almost half of another local shop!

Our tech was awesome, he came and got us fixed up right away, he let us know were coming to the end of our units lifespan. But so glad we have central air again!!!!

“Unique” is the right name for this outfit. If you want to deal with a company, especially a heating & air conditioning company – when you most need it, this is NOT the company you would want. They did not honor our contract with them, nor would they try to help us out in anyway what so ever. When we pursued our need for them, they became belligerent and told us to take our business elsewhere. We and assure you, all of our family and friends will now do so.

This “Unique” company has a questionable and unethical (maybe even illegal?) way of doing business. We hope this may help someone else out there and you benefit from “our experience”. There are many other fine and honest Heating & Cooling companies in the area. Contrary on what the owner says below, it is THE UNIQUE INDOOR COMFORT located in Libertyville, IL.

Arrived on time. Pleasant demeanor. Explained what he was doing and why. Told us everything was in good working order. He left work site in as good a condition as he found it. Bravo!

The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything clearly. I felt the price was a bit high but paid and fee like it was worth it.
