I had not turned on my a/c for the year and had out of town guests in for the 4th of July. I turned it on for my guests and of course Murphy's Law, my a/c didn't work. I had bought the house in the winter & hadn't even considered there might be an issue. I promptly called up Unique, who came out on July 3rd and assessed the situation. There is more work to be done, but they got it up and running so my poor guests didn't melt.
