Chris and team are great! They really do a wonderful job, and what I really appreciated about their service is the honesty and quality of work. They truly diagnose the issue and make the right recommendations. Never felt like they had a hidden agenda or out to take advantage. They are focused on longevity and right fit for your home.

This company has gone above and beyond AGAIN! I was in a bind over the summer when both of my AC units died on the same day. It was really hot and we had company. Chris and Gary came out and installed 2 brand new units the same day. It was truly amazing. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Last week, one of my furnaces went out. Chris came out THAT DAY (again) and fixed the sensor that was out. We also scheduled an inspection for later in the week. Gary came out and did the inspection/maintenance. He was very professional. He clearly explained what he was doing and why. He noticed I had humidifier filters and asked if I wanted him to change them out. They are both tidy people. They don’t leave a mess. Little things like that are why I’ll always go back to these guys. I’ve been ripped off before and I really feel safe with these guys! Excellent!

I cannot speak highly enough about this business. Chris has been wonderful on the phone as well as in person answering all of my questions giving me advice aiding me in understanding my system and how and when things need to be done and if they don’t need to be done. He is courteous he is timely and he does not over commit. If he says he’ll be there he shows up.

About a month ago we had a no heat situation. Worried as our house continued to get colder, I found Custom Seasons Heating & Cooling who were able to service my area and in a timely manner. They called me back quickly and were at my house within 2 hours. In another 2 hours my furnace was working better than it had the entire time we've owned the house.
When the heat first went out we feared it was going to be a full replacement needed given the age and condition of the unit (furnace is estimated at 15+ years old).

Then the coldest day yet this year came along and I awoke to another no heat situation. Calling them again Chris and Gary came out as early as they could and made everything right.
They have been fast, very kind, and reasonably priced for everything they've done for us. We will gladly continue to give them our business, we just hope it is in a warmer season when we next see them.

Gary was extremely helpful. As a first time home owner, he made sure to give me a complete overview of how everything worked with my furnace. Knowledgeable, friendly and they were quick to respond when I called in to inquire about servicing my furnace. Would highly recommend!

Chris and Gary came yesterday to install a new furnace and air conditioner. I appreciate everything they did from the beginning to the end. Excellent job!

Custom Seasons is a great company. Sean and Gary are extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and very fair pricing. I highly recommend this company for any heating/AC needs. They explained all my options for a new central AC replacement, benefits of the manufacturers and models, pricing, and no high pressure sales for going with more expensive options not required. I couldn't be happier.

Best HVAC company in the area!

I came across Custom Seasons through Yelp, while searching for a HVAC vendor for our Condominium Association. Chris responded quickly and immediately began diagnosing the issue we were having through some photos I sent him. He was out here within two days to get the job done. And he did a great job.

In October, we got a surprise boiler inspection by the State Fire Marshall. She found some issues with previous low quality HVAC work from a different vendor. I immediately contacted Chris. Within days all the parts were ordered, and within a week all issues from the inspection were resolved.

I am extremely happy with the work Chris and his crew have done for us. They are my go to HVAC vendor for any issues under our Condominium Association.

I called with no heat there was someone there in 17 minutes great service an great price i feel safe everything is working properly an happy wife happy life 😎
