Tony came out to assist with about 20 units at our property in downtown Chicago in the past few days during the polar vortex. He has been fantastic to work with!! Very thorough and reliable.. we had some complex issues with our furnaces and he was able to work with the manufacturer to figure it out and has provided a lot of relief to our residents, maintenance and staff. Thank you Tony and GT Mechanical!

They were able to clean some coils inconveniently placed in a weird location. I had 2 other companies examine it before and they said it was impossible and charging obscene prices to replace everything. My building manager recommended GT Mechanical and they were able to solve everything with no problem. I'm going to contact them for all my future needs.

The website could be improved. Perhaps they could mention some of their team members and a few in progress projects.
