Really satisfied with the service. Chris spoke to me on Saturday and he said that he will do the best to come ASAP, I understand that they are very busy especially now before the winter season hits. He gave me a quote on furnace check and clean and he texted me today, which is Tuesday and asked if they could come over today, they came within an hour of texting me. Really impressed with the service. I highly recommend Custom Seasons Heating & AC.

Chris is the owner and a awesome man, very knowledgeable , respectful, made sure all my needs were taken care of in a timely manner he also took the time to set up my thermostats and coordinated it to my phone for me , which I really appreciated...Gary did the installation of a new Furnace and air conditioner in very cold and rainy weather and he also was great. I highly would recommend Chris and his team. Prices are extremely reasonable.

Chris and his team were hands down the best company I have worked with since we moved to Homer Glen. On top of offering a great price for our new system he was responsive and kept me educated on what he was doing the entire time. I was comfortable having him in my home and would recommend ANYONE in the area looking for any HVAC assistance whether it is a new system or work on an older system to reach out to them.

Chris came out late on short notice to fix my heat. I called at 2am and he was here by 230 and gone by 4. Heat is running better than it was before it stopped. Great job! Great price! Already recommended him to other friends who had trouble during the cold weather.

What an honest, dependable company. Chris, the owner could not have been more patient and self assuring to me. He explained everything he and his assistant needed to do. Oak Lawns water line broke for 5 hours interrupting his job. He insisted on coming back so I would not have heat. Constantly checked on me during that time. I HIGHLY recommend Custom Seasons.

Chris & team have been great to work with! They helped install a brand new AC & Furnace system in our remodel (including all the ductwork) as well as improve the existing ductwork that was already there. Very reasonable and easy to work with and I continue to use them for all my servicing and repairs. Lots of companies out there, but Custom Seasons does great work at reasonable prices, which is very hard to find.

Just had Chris and Gary at my house to install a water heater . Discovered it leaking yesterday. Phone call last night 8 pm . Installed 10 am this morning. I have had them out to my home before for clean and checks on my furnace. Was drawn by the reasonable price. So glad they work on weekends for emergency's .They installed it quickly and cleaned up 100% and took all garbage and old unit with them. Highly recommend them.

About a year or so ago we called Chris out to discuss furnace/air replacement. Trying to make a decision, things were working, we did nothing. With in a few months, needed the motor replaced on the furnace. A short time later the furnace died. Chris and Gary came out and replaced our units and we were back in service again. They were honest, clean, reliable and professional with their services provided. Then this week I went down to the basement in the very early morning hrs and my feet were submerged in water. Upon inspection I found my hot water tank was spraying water from both the top and bottom. I didn't know who to call, but then saw Chris had put a sticker on my hot water tank and I again called Chris at 6:00 am, he walked me through shutting off of the unit. Texted me a short time later to inform me that the heater had been ordered and came out later to replace. Again Chris and Gary to the rescue. Came out promptly, removed and replaced and we are back in service again. They will remain in my contacts forever!! Thank you so much.

Chris did an awesome job on installing furnace and air conditioner, Our upstairs was always warmer or cooler than the downstairs and after installing and opening duct work it is now even temp through the house. They did a great job!!
