I would give Earth Temp HVAC more than 5 stars if I could. The owner has been immensely helpful over the last year with our HVAC systems. He's friendly, quick to respond, and highly knowledgeable about his craft. He takes the time to listen and understand what we're asking, he also is happy to provide lots of information about the various services and products he provides. Highly recommend Earth Temp HVAC!

I was desperate because my furnace went out and the home warranty company couldn’t come out for several days. My house was in the 50s. I called and was expecting a $200 per hour service fee, but was surprised that it was only $89.95 even on a Sunday! Even though he couldn’t repair it that day, due to not having the part, he was able to repair it the next day working around my just schedule.

The owner Demetri came and refilled the empty freon in our ac unit and was on time, professional and answered all of my questions with honesty and professionalism. He made sure I understood everything clearly and was made aware of what he was doing and the cost associated with doing so, Recommend for any and all Hvac needs.

Earth Temp is a great company. Demetrius was very personable, came out explained everything to me step by step. Got my heat back running quickly. Would recommend to friends and family.

This is the second time I used Earth Temp. Was referred to from my wife’s nephew, he didn’t disappoint! Demetri it’s serviced my homes heating unit, he was on time, professional and at the same time personable.
As a realtor I try and establish reliable and professional relationships with tradesman. One of my commercial spaces had an issue with inoperable heating, wasn’t sure what the issues were. Demetri gave me a thorough rundown and best options to get everything working. At the end I decided to replace both furnaces as I was surprised at how reasonable the quote was compared to the large corporate company that did it 14 years ago....almost a third of the cost!
I am happy to say furnace replacement was done in a very timely matter and completed at estimated cost.
Will definitely refer to my friends and colleagues.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Responsive, friendly and on time. I was very nervous I was in for a big expense but all I needed was a recharge. Demetrius was very transparent through the whole process and explained everything he was doing. I appreciate his attention to detail and prompt arrival. I have already called him again for my other property! I called on a Sunday fully expecting to just leave a message but he answered and scheduled me for the next day. Where else do you get that kind of service?

We have used this business multiple times since we bought our house. He was on time for our scheduled appointments. Called and gave us an eta on his arrival. The service man cleaned the ac in the summer and did maintenance on our furnace. We even get our ducts cleaned when needed. He installed our new thermostat (nest) and walked me thru some quick facts. (I'm not tech-savy) He was very nice and is very knowledgeable of his work. I'm glad we choose this company because they are always available at a time of need. Emergencies and all. We scheduled our maintenance for when the summer months finally arrive. 😎

Demetrius came out during the scheduled time and did a thorough evaluation of our system. He explained in detail what he had found and what needed to be done. He didn’t have the part on hand, but came back the next day with the right part. Highly recommend!

They came through and delivered on their promise and I’m very satisfied with the work. The communication and timing could use improvement but the work was solid and professionally done. Of course, I will recognize that the timing issues may be partially related to the pandemic and the extreme heat wave we had around Memorial Day, which is when I reached out to them. Thank you for a job well done.

Update to initial review - use caution with Demetris. My AC unit is still functioning, so that part is good. However, I recommended Demetris to my sister and that is where the problems started. He charged about a 1000% markup on a motherboard. To put this into persepctive, the board can be had for $98 plus tax. My sister was told there is a chip shortage and he could only get the part for $1000. I have a friend of the family that is an HVAC specialist and he showed me first hand that these boards are not in short supply by any stretch of the imagination. Demetris also pushed a specific thermostat and then when things didn't work as well as planned, he tried to blame my sister claiming she picked it out. Don't be fooled by his friendly demeanor. If you hear things like "family discount" be extra cautious and get a second opinion. My sister paid over 1500 for AC repair that didnt even work after 1 day's use. Demetris tried to put the blame solely on her. He did offer to come back, but at that point his services could no longer be trusted. I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere for HVAC service.
