Of course, the heat stopped working, when Chicago decided to have a record freeze temperature. Contacted nest to correct the issues, which then they send Demetris to the rescue. Such a wonderful, polite, honest, knowledgable guy. A+ service. Will recommend to friends and family.

I had a power issue with my Nest thermostats and called Nest to get this fixed. They assigned me to these guys and I'm glad they did. After a month of dealing with HVAC people that had no idea what they were doing, they came out and installed C wires and boom everything works. Seemed easy enough. Glad they knew what to do and were nice and punctual. Thanks!

Such a nice experience working with Demetris. He was very responsive through this cold snap and was able to come fix my nest thermostat and make sure the furnace was connected with the nest thermostat appropriately.
