I love high tech gadgets. So when I had the opportunity to add a Nest thermostat for a great price to my Amazon Alexa devices, I did not hesitate to act. On the day of my service, much to my chagrin, it was determined that the Nest was not compatible with my Boiler. Even with the installation of the common wire.

However, my Technician, Demetris Deveros did offer another solution. I could have the Nest installed to control the Air Condition only. The other thermostat would be left in place to control the heat. I'm a glass is half full person, so the Nest thermostat is only half bad. :)
