Mark was recommended to me by a relative who had successfully used him earlier this year for an AC unit. Mark's bid to me was the lowest of the competition, even though offering a high quality furnace. Installation was done promptly, the second day after my decision. During installation, Mark found a very unsafe condition in my effluent gas piping. He replaced and upgraded the piping at no additional charge. I am very grateful for his alertness which could have saved lives. Other technicians who had recently worked on the system failed to recognize the problem. Mark is an experienced, no-nonsense professional who provides quality goods and service at a reasonable price without a hassle. He says he does not "play games" with the customer. I found that to be very true.

I called the the company to fix a problem I had with the furnace. They were quick to respond and very professional. I thought it was going to be a major problem, but they fixed it with minimal cost. I've used other companies in the past, but they where definitely the best. I will use them in the future.

Not only has Marc fixed my AC unit when others have been stumped but his honesty has saved me from unnecessary, costly repairs. Even this last time out, after fixing the unit, he spent time rebuilding the chimney flue. This was something that should've been done previously by the company that came out first but he was sure to do it to keep our kids safe. He's very thorough and next time I'll be sure to call Marc first! Highly recommend.

The price is too high and they will high ball you. I paid about $500 to have maintenance guy come to my home and open a few screws . Seriously . Go elsewhere.

Any questions we had were answered very quickly and the installation was very fast and they were very informative how to use the systems and very knowledgeable.
