Chris was recommended by a friend and I could not be happier with his service. Our heat was not working properly and some rooms were warmer than others. Past HVAC companies attributed it as normal with radiators. Chris and his colleague Brian took the time to go through our boiler system and figure out the actual issue which turned out to be a clog. I would highly recommend Chris and Brian to anyone looking for a new HVAC company for annual maintenance and repairs.

I have an old HVAC system & soon realized that the fan motor on the unit died, leaving us without AC in 95 degree weather. After calling around, desperate to find an technician, both the owner, Chris, and his assistant technician, Gary, were quick to respond to my call and arrived the same evening. Not only did they do the repair, but they also advised how I could prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. They’re now my go-to! Not to mention, reasonably priced, accommodating, and friendly—my dogs got along with them well :)

I have an old wall heater in the basement that hasn’t worked since I bought my house. Finally decided to get it fixed. I had used Chris a couple of years ago on another minor project and texted him. He responded right away, sent someone out to give me a quote and the project was just finished up yesterday. The two guys who came over yesterday to do the install were on time, professional, and quick. Pricing was upfront with no hidden fees. Very happy and will definitely use again in the future!

We hadn't worked with Chris but called him because the prior owners of our house had his sticker on their furnace. Chris was very responsive, and came to detach and reattach the AC unit during a patio project. He adjusted some settings and mechanisms not previously addressed and gave us helpful advice about the full AC system. Chris came out promptly to repair our heater during 11 degree temps. He was prompt, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. When my old furnace went out Chris was able to make a service call after hours on a Friday night. He was extremely transparent about my options and we tried a Hail Mary repair before I decided to replace the old system. The installation cost was exactly what he quoted me and and there were no sneaky hidden fees. He even finished in less time than he originally estimated. Couldn’t be happier!

After our AC stopped working Chris came out the next morning and assessed the situation. He determine the best course of action was to replace the AC with a new one. The work was completed a couple days later and the AC new AC has run great since. Chris was very knowledgeable about our different options, and was happy to explain everything. The service was great and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Custom Seasons for any HVAC work.

Chris answered my call and was able to get to the house to assess the issue with our hot water heater very quickly. He needed to get a part and was able to fix the issue the next day. Much better experience with Custom Seasons than with other local options. He was respectful and honest about the problem and seemed to know more than others. Would definitely call him again in the future.

Our furnace was 27 years old and was slowly dying. We called many places to get an estimate and Chris was the only one that took the time to actually measure and fully explain our options. He was very honest, gave us much valuable time and information. Yesterday we had our new furnace, air conditioner and whole house fan installed. Chris and Gary got here on time as promised and immediately started working. They put out tarps and were so polite the entire 12 hours they were here. They cleaned up everything spotless and you would never know we had work done. They took time to explain all the new things about our products and took time to make sure everything was working perfectly! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were a pleasure to do business with and will definitely use them again!
