I couldn't for better service than what I received yesterday. The staff was prompt, courteous, spent the time (3 hours) getting both of our HVAC units ready for the spring/summer season.They explained as repairs and the costs involved. In short, I would recommend Effective Air without reservations. Graet job!!!

We purchased a new HVAC system with a heat pump from them in August 2019. Effective Air went the extra mile to clean up old ductwork, rerun electrical and drain pipe to neaten everything up.They even put a fresh coat of paint over an old electrical box outside the house. We have also been using them for regular maintenance and service calls and they have always been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Gary with Effective Air made an in depth analysis of my central air conditioning system when installing my new energy saving thermostat. This allowed him to make adjustments to my system which make it more efficient and even more quiet when running. I've been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and have never seen this high level of service by an HVAC technician. Highly recommended!

Effective Air cleaned and sealed our ducts, installed a whole house water filtration system, drip pans & water sensors for our hot water heaters, wireless thermostat, and new batteries for our battery back up system for our sump pumps!! Great crews! Super neat and respectful and EXCELLENT work! We couldn't be happier. They helped us trouble shoot & solve several of our heating and cooling issues. Found & corrected a fire hazard that should have been caught by inspectors, and suggested a great company that helped us with some insulation issues. Jon was a pleasure to work with during the quoting and follow up process as well.

As always, E/A was very responsive to my call for help when A/C went out overnight. Gary arrived promptly as promised, identified and corrected the compressor problem quickly and we're back up and running this afternoon. Unit is still under warranty, we couldn't be more satisfied.

Josh answered the phone and listened our furnace problem and came in very fast. Fix the problem and everything good now. My furnace broke down in the middle of night. The weather scary cold (-5). I googled and found their company. Thank you all for the reviews which gave a try. They really deserve five stars. So I’m gonna do the same thing. Write a true review and pass their information to people whoever needs help.

Jonathan and Brad have consistently and routinely solved very difficult issues for my clients as well as improved countless existing systems. Their technicians are timely, highly experienced, and extremely courteous...almost to a fault.

My reputation as a building professional not only rides on my performance, but also largely on those I work with. Effective Air has been an absolute ace up my sleeve for almost ten years and I look forward to continue that relationship into the foreseeable future. Had Scott over finally this Summer for the AC check. Last year our newish unit, installed by a different group, had failed for the third time. This season we needed to wait for it to warm up, then they were booked up. Anyway, Scott came out to check and make sure last year's repairs were good. It was, in fact this is the first year in 4 years that the AC has finally met it's expectations. The house is comfy and infact sometimes our master bedroom is damn near refrigerator like :). Scott is great, open, honest and educates you about what he's doing and what your options are in the moment. Feel so safe with him in the house, I actually left to take kids to camp while he was working on the system. When our houses old boiler finally died, had them install that too and we finally have a nice quite system during the winter.
