We've been with RH Witt for several years and hands down are the best HVAC Company around. Their Service Tech Team is extremely professional. Special shout out to Tim Makey who was very thorough and efficient. His many years of experience made everything go smooth and quickly. In addition, Scheduler Xavier does an outstanding job managing a difficult job, making for a good customer experience.

I have a geothermal heatpump that supplies preheated water to a tankless combi-boiler. Following the replacement of a processor board in the combi-boiler, some issues arose with the functioning of the tandem system. Because its a complicated system, I have had problems with service technicians in the past. Additionally, finding competent servicing for geothermal heatpumps isnt easy. Mikki from R.H. Witt was very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to diagnose the matter. Very happy with their service.

Chose RH Witt to replace our 30+ year old Furnace and Air Conditioner. Their knowledge and professional approach made it easy to make a decision on the replacement brand (Carrier). We have Geo-Thermal HVAC. After a previous company left us with a broken system - Mickey from RH Witt came to the rescue. He quickly identified a couple issues - simple fixes and for the more complex issue he installed a temporary capacitor while ordering a new one. Within a week he was back to install the new part and the system is working better than ever. Really happy with this company and with their skilled technician, Mickey.

When our service tech Tim arrived, he immediately began troubleshooting the problem of no heat in our second furnace. Although it was late in the day ( he had a very busy day) he methodically worked on the problem until he identified two possibilities for the problem. He went back to his truck and came back with a part that he felt might fix the problem, a Honeywell ignition control module. After he installed the module, the furnace was working normally.

We are grateful for Tim's expertise and dedication. We have been customers since 1995 and we highly recommend RH Witt.

Just recently it was time for our annual checkup and cleaning on of heating system (we have two furnaces). We requested Tim as the technician to do the work. Tim arrived on time as scheduled. Tim found an issues with our older furnace and explained that although it was not dangerous it was something we should consider addressing the repair.

After a receiving an estimate from the office, we elected to schedule the service and (of course) requested Tim. Tim arrived early and installed the new replacement parts.

RH Witt is a great trustworthy company that we highly recommend. We are happy with their service and the people that they employ.

RH Witt heating system maintenance technicians lack the proper training and procedures to properly maintain your heating system. My system completely shut down after a routine annual maintenance visit. When I called to report this, I was told someone would arrive between noon and 4:30. So, I had to cancel my afternoon plans, sit in a cold house and hope someone would show up. Fortunately, anoher technician did come at 4:30 and diagnose the problem. The original technician disconnected the thermostat to perform the service and rewired it incorrectly when he was done. He should have noticed that the digital thermostat was completely nonfunctional.

Bob from RH Witt Heating & Sheet Metal was very professional and very thorough when replacing a heat exchanger for us.

He was on-time and meticulous, setting up the removal and completing the installation. He also explained what needed to be done - very patient and compassionate.

Lastly, we were very statified with the way he preformed the final quality checks to ensure our heat exchanger is now in perfect working condition.

I was lucky to have your serviceman Bob come to my house this week to do my seasonal A/C maintenance under my annual service contract with Witt. He was terrific: experienced, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, very helpful. I have used Witt for all my HVAC for 50 years, and I think they're very good, and I recommend them to others.

Our water heater broke RH Witt went above and beyond to work with us to figure out the best possible solution. A part was needed to fix the water heater but was unavailable for at least a month so we chose to replace the entire unit. Everyone at RH Witt went above and beyond to make sure that this happened quickly and with the best service. While it was no fun not having hot water, I knew we were in great hands and that everyone I dealt with felt our misery and they helped us through the entire process of getting a new unit, having it installed and insuring that it worked perfectly. While I wouldn't wish a broken water heater on anyone, it was a pleasure working with RH Witt and we are so grateful that they were able to help us.

He took the time to review the parts of the furnace with me, what they typically look for on a service call as well as what homeowners need to know to be educated consumers.
