We have always been very happy with GV's service over the years. They are responsive, honest and trustworthy. James has been our technician more than once and is always on time, friendly and thorough.

GV Heating is a really good company to work with. There was a paperwork issue on our furnace and the owner, Greg, made it right. Can't say enough good things about James, the technician. He was out to do some maintenance on the furnace in February. He took the time to explain what he saw and what he was fixing. Yesterday James was out to do the AC inspection. Did the inspection, cleaned the coils, and cleaned the rest of the unit. If you need a furnace or AC I'd call them first.

James is great! We’ve used GV’s for several years now at both our business and home. He discovered lots of cottonwood seeds in our air conditioners this years which would have caused trouble in the future. Thanks for keeping us cool and comfortable!

The technicians and office staff are always professional, friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. They are very responsive to my needs and concerns and give me the confidence that my a\c and furnace will work consistently and efficiently.

I woke Dan up with an early call Saturday morning and he took my call with the professionalism and care as if it was the afternoon. He arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. He helped me search up a particular filter and directed me where to go to get it cheaper than what they could provide. I feel lucky to have called and will be calling GV’s for all future needs!! I really enjoyed working with this company. From beginning to end, GV's excelled. We had issues with air flow in our home and the upstairs was significantly warmer than downstairs. They provided a free estimate and discussed the recommended duct work with me at length. The installation was painless and thorough. They tested air flow at all parts of our home and made adjustments until everyone was satisfied. They made various fixes along the way to optimize our furnace, like adjusting the blower speed to match our home's needs. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and professional. They way they worked with me made me feel like they truly cared about their work and making sure the air was right and that I had a good experience. Fair warning, they are not cheap, but it has been well worth the money.

I called GV and was able to get a same-day appointment to address issues with my system. The technician, James, arrived on-time, was very professional, and walked-me through what he was testing to find the issue. He promptly fixed the issue (leaking humidifier tied to HVAC) and cleaned up the areas he worked in. He then did a further check of the system to see that there were no other issues.

I highly recommend this company as its great to find a group that are responsive, honest, and capable.

James H. is an excellent tech: always punctual, very willing to explain what's going on, and very quick about trouble-shooting and issue resolution. He's a tremendous asset to GV's and is a primary reason that I'd recommend them.
