I have used GVS for emergency repairs and to replace my old furnace,,each time I called, Dawn answered the phone and was very friendly and was able to schedule a repairman to come out...The first time I called was one of the coldest winters, and I assumed they would be too busy to come out and yet, the technician happened to live close by and stopped to try and get the heat on and see what I would need to keep the furnace going....That alone really impressed me and when another part was needed, the tech quoted a price that he said was expensive and I decided it would be better to replace the unit...The owner Gregg came out, measured, and gave a quote..The work done was outstanding..I would recommend GVs to anyone for all types of service

Dependable,knowledgeable techs...Keep their appointments and arrive on time..After repairs are made the tech went into lay-mans detail on what caused the problem and how to prevent any future probs....Polite staff, from the initial person on the phone, to the service tech...I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a honest heating and air company
