I had no hot water or heat because my boiler system wasn't working. Not only did they show up within an hour, but it was fixed and working very quickly! And they didn't charge me very much, in fact, it was very reasonable!

I paid over $100 for a diagnostic visit to troubleshoot the 5 electric dampers in my zones system. 2 are not working properly. Their proposal is for almost $700 to replace the 2 damper motors. I found the damper motors online for $70 each. The proposal is not a good value! Clearly I will not be hiring them.
