Great company and the guy installing the thermostat was friendly and professional. Just one area of improvement, be sure to educate on use of thermostat and leave brochure to refer to later. We had to call company out a second time to learn how to use thermostat and was charged a service fee.

Used Bill’s again. Victor did great job fixing a plugged toilet, slow draining sink and leaking toilet. Prompt, courteous and professional. Would recommend.

My service man was Saul. He was very courteous, cheerful and helpful and stuck with a thorny problem of replacing an aerator in my bathroom sink. The old one was very corroded and difficult to remove but he finally got it out. I have used Bill’s several times and it has always been a positive experience. In addition, my condo building is a regular customer due to their reliability and dependability.

! So polite and understanding of a client's disress when the AC is not working in 90 degree weather. She was able to get John O. to my house the same evening that I called. John O. is professional, experienced with even my 1983 Bryant AC. He determined quickly that the problem was just a motor that needed to be replaced. He found 4 available in the Chicago area, and is picking one up to install this afternoon! I AM SO LUCKY! AND. BILL"S OS SOO GOOD!

Highly recommend Bill's Heating and A/C. John O. serviced my HVAC that we were having an issue with since we moved in last summer. John is a wonderful dude. Kind, knowledgeable, professional, and answered every ridiculous question I had. Basically, water/condensation was leaking out of the sides. A different tech/company we used in the Fall did not solve the issue. My friend referred me to Bill's and I couldn't be happier with the service and value. John was able to diagnose the issue quickly and went to work on it. The condenser (A)-coil inside the furnace was completely clogged with gunk. How? The previous owners probably didn't use a filter which is totally insane. John meticulously clean the coil in a tight spot. Showed me photos of before and after. I was both disgusted and relieved at what I witnessed. Completely clean coil. No more water leaking! Blower fan is actually pushing more air out into our home. 2nd floor is getting more air. The whole system is working much as it should. Honestly, I am so happy with the service, value, and professionalism from Bill's and John O. I definitely recommend and will be using Bill's in the future.

Bathroom faucet was replaced. The scheduler was very pleasant and able to schedule an appointment within a short period of time for a non-emergency. The plumber was on time, understood the problem immediately. I was keep abreast of issues he encountered and ensured everything worked well before he left. I will definitely be using this company again.

John came to our home and checked everything out. Then presented several alternatives and answered my questions regarding product and installation. He had a solution that opened my eyes to a better possibility than I had heard before. A proposal followed with everything clearly laid out.
On the day of our appointment, they were on time, professionally attired, and ready to work. They treated my home well and all of their work reflected a pride in workmanship. The job was excellent, they cleaned up after them selves and there were no issues. The next day, John came by and finished patching around the vent pipe. Then he went through the thermostat explaining things and making sure I could access it with my phone. This was a big job with a new air conditioner, furnace, and water heater all installed flawlessly. Great job!

Bill’s Plumbing installed a new water heater and took the old one away. Their bid was in line with others. The plumber and technician were on time, considerate of our property, professional, courteous, and efficient. They took precautions concerning COVID-19. They cleaned up after the job and were very conscientious. We’ve had Bill’s Plumbing several times now for various jobs and highly recommend them.
