I called in the middle of a bad heat wave to get help to very elderly women living alone with a dead air conditioner. It was ninety degrees in her house when I got there. I expected to get very little help from anyone based on how busy they would be. Rebecca was extremely helpful and James was out the next day. He had the system fixed in two hours and could not have been more professional. Thanks guys, your service is outstanding!!!!

James replaced a pump on a water heater that drives a radiant heating unit in our kitchen. Worked very efficiently, got the job completed within an hour, including a thorough clean-up. Easy Peasy. And...he has great bedside manner. Highly recommend.

From the original estimate through the final installation, everyone at GV's was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. Along with a text noting the arrival time for installation, we received a picture and a brief bio of the technician. That was a nice touch in these days of meeting masked strangers. The installers worked efficiently and neatly. The technician thoroughly explained the system, its operation and maintenance. GV's was great to work with.

GV's replaced our AC unit several years ago and has maintained our HVAC ever since. Great experience throughout! Always professional, friendly, and courteous.

GVs heating & cooling did a very good job with the installation of two new furnaces and air-conditions. They were very professional and thorough. Their pricing was also very reasonable. This is a small business, and they take care of their customers. I am very pleased with them!

Nothing worst then having the AC go out on a hot day. Since we are a business timely work is critical and the team were great. Same day appointment, text message reminders, and more importantly I was even able to tell them where all the equipment was, but they got it all figured out without my help. Would definitely recommend them going forward.

I would HIGHLY recommend GV's Heating & Cooling. In July'19, we had them replace our furnace, AC, & hot water heater. Dawn came out to access our needs. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very thorough! Her attention to detail far exceeded all the other companies whom we spoke with. When it came time for installation, John & Nathan were fantastic! They covered the entire area to insure the work area was protected, and to insure none of our belongings would get dirty or damaged. They showed up right on time, were VERY professional and knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better experience. Nice people who are VERY knowledgeable and competitively priced!!!
