I have been using GV heating and Cooling for about 8 or 9 years. They perform regular annual service on my two furnace/AC units. They are thorough, careful, and have reasonable pricing. I have also used them for connecting a natural gas Weber, and replacing a hot water heater. All services were done well and they explain everything they do, both in advance and after the work is done. And I like the fact that they are family owned and local to Glenview.

GV’s installed a new communicating high efficiency HVAC system with an IQ air filter for our family. It is absolutely amazing! The balanced environment we now have during all four Chicago seasons is perfect. Their installation expertise, pricing, and customer service are the best in the Midwest. I would highly recommend GV’s to anyone who needs HVAC service or installation - a truly great experience for us!

James is very professional. He promptly solved the problem and installed the right replacement part. He also called to my attention that, as a service contract customer, I had been mistakenly charged for a previous service call and that this charge would be credited back to me. James and GVs are honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

Can’t say enough positives about GV’s Heating and Cooling. This a a family owned and operated business. I have been using their services since the early 90’s. They installed two complete furnace/air conditioning systems, a tankless water heater and extensive ductwork to improve airflow. The have always been fair, explained completely what needed to be done and completed the work professionally. They stand behind everything they do with prompt service. When you call, you always talk to a person (no automated answering system) who is ready and able to help. I would never use any other company for my HVAC work.
