First time using this company. LAST TIME using this company. They are not upfront on their rates. Ask them. What is the hourly rate? What does the part cost? They won't answer you, just give you a price. Also if they don't have the part on the truck, YOU pay their labor rate for them to drive to the warehouse and back. Was overcharged, never again.

Thorough, efficient and professional. Highly recommend these guys, have been using Effective Air for over 5years and every Tech and service has been outstanding.

The service man obviously knew his stuff and was very friendly. He was later than the original time planned, but kept us informed about that and was not very late. Good experience, as always.

My service man, Ben, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained thermostat, furnace, and cold weather issues to me.. Ben has a very pleasant personality. Honesty is a characterisitc of this Comapny.
