Josh and Adrian were extremely professional. They were polite and helpful and explained everything and what I could expect. Jon the owner followed up the next day with a few concerns I had about things they discovered, and it was clear they had communicated and were interested in improving our system effectiveness. I've been using their services for 10 years. One of the consistently best home contractors in the area. All of their technicians are polite, courteous, and professional. Never once felt they've recommended anything that wasn't necessary to maintain my home heating system.

Effective Air, in my experience has always had top-notch customer service. This morning my furnace broke, I spoke with Ken at dispatch (friendly and concerned) and a rep-Kerry (who was friendly and great at what he did), came out to fix it just 4 hour later. Kerry explained everything he was doing and what my repair/replacement options were. Everything was reasonably priced. Great service!

The technicians at Effective Air are great. We have used them more than once because we felt confident with them the first time around. They solved our A/C problems with a high level of expertise and at a reasonable cost.
When the compressor on the roof of our three story condo unit developed a bigger problem that expected, extra men and equipment were sent over. Non of us expected that our coolant supply line had been severed by a contractor unrelated with HVAC, they sent out an additional expert to weld it. Because all the coolant had completely leaked out, another man was dispatched to deliver an extra tank.
We were worried that it was going to cost us a fortune. They are very honest and their charges are reasonable. Their primary goal, apparently, is to solve the problem and get the job done right. Their technicians are mot only courteous and amiable, but they also have a sense of humor which strikes a chord with me.

Marco was fantastic. I called it roughly 1030 in the morning. I had a technician at my house at noon. It took him a little less than 60 minutes to go through and figure everything out and make sure it was working for a minimum of cost! I recommend affective air based on this experience and many others! Thank you!
