I was referred to this company by a colleague. I recently moved to the neighborhood and purchased my first home. The HVAC system is fairly old and will need to be replaced in the next 5 years according to our inspector. Ben the technician was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was on time and patient with my questions I had with the system. I wanted to know if there were any problems with my AC and how long I could keep it before replacing it. He did an excellent job with the maintenance and he replaced some parts for me. The administrative staff was a joy to chat with to figure out my project estimates on my HVAC system. I will be using Effective Air to test our furnace and to clean our ducts in the fall. I am very pleased with my service. Thank you Effective Air staff! You are wonderful to work with! Adam was great. Informed is things that he was doing and questioned about the filter and battery replacement which is a good reminder. All technicians have been great from this company.

Always a great experience dealing with the staff at Effective Air HVAC. Musaab, AKA, Moose our service tech, was a great guy. He was polite and knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing. We spoke a little of our mutual travels and trips. I highly recommend Effective Air. They have done work at both my office and my home. Great guys to work with.

Not only was the service impeccable, but the conversation and the fast turnaround on installation made me feel both comfortable and confident that I was in the right hands. I called on Monday, set up a consultation on Wednesday, and had a whole new system come Thursday and I'm more than happy with the end result. Pricing was fair and the work was swift. Many thanks! I need to write a review you guys need to be informed. I had issue with my heat, called the guys from effective air, they came out couldn't figure it out instead kept ordering and changing different parts until they figured out which part it was in the end. The only problem is I was paying for the parts and time that was not the issue. So I was out of $1600 that is after the supposed discount. You see the problem with them is they kept changing parts until they found the right part after what 3 or 4 parts were replaced. I think the guy is a manager and his helper kept telling me he knows what he is doing, don't worry we take care of you! So they did took $1600 and almost a year before they were there and took $900. So in 2 years I spend about $2500 on them I could have added another $1000 and replaced a whole furnace couldn't I but no instead of that these clueless guys kept replacing parts and guessing if it's going to work or not! That's all I have to say about them.

We shopped for Bryant AC/Furnace and Water Heater. Brad at Effective Air gave us the best price and most definitely the best service anyone could want. Brad introduced us to each member of the three man team. The team was polite, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, neat and clean. Everything was installed and working in about 15-16 hours. They stayed late the first day to make sure our water heater was working before they left. Everything was put back in perfect order when done. They hauled away the old equipment, including an old water tank. They did little things like making the connecting lines straight and true in what used to be a tangled web of pipes etc. Our furnace room is now as neat as a pin. When finished they took us through each item and explained where shut off valves were, what maintenance would need to be done and how the new thermostat and humidifier works. I would hire them again in an instant. Thank you, Brad, and his team!!
