I've been a customer for 25+ years. Last week I had an emergency and as usual, Effective Air came through right away. Not only did Jon arrive within 90 minutes of my call but he solved the problem in moments. Their people are top-notch and I'm always comfortable having them working in my home.

Effective Air did a phenomenal job! They met the quoted price. But they went well beyond expectations. The new unit is incredibly quiet. Between that and its efficiency, I can only say that I am ecstatic! I've dealt with HVAC contractors in the past. Effective Air blows them all away. They really exceeded my expectations.

When we discovered a problem with our water heater, Brad from Effective Air came out the same day to assess the issue. The next morning at 9 am, two great workers were here making a replacement. All thumbs up.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful people who work at Effective Air!! Our furnace went out at midnight the night before Thanksgiving... worst timing possible. Not only did a tech walk me through solutions at 1am, but someone came to our house the next morning to get us heat on a holiday. Our new furnace was promptly ordered and installed the following week. The company who originally installed the furnace said they couldn’t even have anyone out to us until after the long holiday weekend. Thank you to Jon, Josh, and everyone at Effective Air!!

The service was extraordinary as was the advice and time Scott spent explaining the issues and making cost effective recommendations. There are many home service companies that could learn from my customer service experience with Effective Air.

We recently installed a whole house humidifier with Effectice Air. We operate on a boiler/space pac system so this required installing new duct work and cutting holes in the floor for the output/input of the humidified air. They really did a thorough job and really thought through all options to make sure it would operate efficiently. Jon, the owner, charged us the same price we were quoted and even came out the morning of the job to make sure everything was okay and followed up with us after to make sure everything was working properly. It was really nice working with a family owned company and they were very easy to communicate with!

I have used Effective Air 3 times in the past for my HVAC issues and have been very satisfied with their quality of work. The last visit was the annual furnace maintenance rendered by Scott Belford. He was courteous, knowledgeable, competent and very detailed with his work. He spent time troubleshooting temperature gradient issues in one of the older furnace and made sure the issue was resolved. Great company to do business with.
