We had an hvac issue that required immediate help and Sergio and his son Joshua came same day and not only fixed it but explained each step along the way to me and how the furnace worked and what things I should be looking for if there is an issue. They were extraordinarily helpful and efficient.

Sergio is the best!! He was able to fix my problem over the phone without a hassle where other contractors just wanted to take my money! Sergio is a very honest and intelligent worker, highly recommended!!!!

This company actually deserves zero stars but unfortunately the minimum that Google is 1 star.

Let me begin by sharing our study which is any first time homeowners worst nightmare.

We hired a contractor who ended up being a total fraud. He worked with Sergio the owner of Brothers Heating & Cooling. Long story story, we discovered that the contractor was overcharging us and Sergio sent us a contract knowing that contractor was attempting to scam us.

I fired the contractor and when I attempted to fire Sergio he refused to return the $9000 we had previously given him. My husband and I decided to let him finish the job since he’d he working under a new contractor who we trusted and we new the contractor would ensure Sergio completed the job.

Unfortunately, Sergio completed the work before the plumbing and electrical was completed. He guaranteed us that he would return once the electrical and plumbing was complete to fully install the furnace. When it was finally time for us to move in I contacted Sergio to let him know he could come finish his final connections. He told me that he was on vacation and would stop by as soon as he returned.

He never showed up, I called him multiple times with zero luck. We moved into our home mid July without air conditioning. It was hell!

Thankfully, our contractor stepped in and installed the electrical which allowed us to run our a/c.

Now fast forward to October. I attempted to turn on my heating just to find out that Sergio never connected the gas line. I call Sergio and he told me that connecting the gas line isn’t part of his job. How? How in the world is ensuring that the HVAC system that YOU installed was fully functioning not a part of your job?! HOW?!

I have text messages where he is requesting the lines he needed to install gas and electrical but now he claims that wasn’t part of his job. Really?

He is a very unprofessional business owner, rude, and a total scammer. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.

By the way, did I mention he was helping the original contractor scam us? I have the two sets of contracts and i do intend to take legal action. We were originally going to just move on but now I refuse to let him get away with this.

This is a great company. Sergio and his assistant came out and inspected my heating units on the roof and found nothing wrong. He encouraged me to make a video of both units to show there were no heat exchanger problems.
This company is very HONEST. The came highly recommended from a friend.

I highly recommend Brothers Heating & Cooling. Sergio is very experienced and was very helful in explaining to me what was wrong with my heater. I am very satisfied with his work and honesty and will definitely be calling him in the future if need be!

Bailed us out last year at my dad's building, late fall emergency service (no outrageous emergency surcharge). Seemingly easy systematic process of elimination found problems too elusive for other hvac professionals (or maybe he is just more honest than others🤔).
He has now recently installed a new forced air furnace at my sisters home and has become our go-to hvac professional. Have him give you an estimate, he may save you money simply by diagnosing the problem correctly the 1st time!!!

Sergio is extremely professional and took the time out to explain how everything works. I really appreciate the time dedication and professionalism he demonstrated throughout the entire service!!
