our air condition went out 3 days before our vacation and someone was staying at our house to watch our dog. I had scheduled a company on Thursday they never should up and called at 6:30 to say they weren't coming. I called Brothers at 9:30 on thursday really needing to get this fixed Sergio and Joshua scheduled me in their late evening and fixed the air conditioning. They kept me informed of when they would arrive and were extremely respectful and kind I will definately use them again. They completely saved me. Joshua is also a realtor for compass!

One of my heaters stopped working and so I found Sergio on Google and contacted him. He came over and inspected it and explained to me what was the problem. Unfortunately, he told me the part had to ordered and it was going to be a day wait but I understand there are many shortages going on. It did take a while for the part to arrive from the store. He got the part and came straight to my home to finish installing it. As soon as it turn on the heater, amazing warmth was coming out. No more funky smell or a weird noise!!! I will definitely contact Sergio to come do any HVAC job or so. Summer is coming up and my ACs will need some maintenance so they can be running throughout the summer. You want someone thats honest and trustful? Contact him!!

Brothers HVAC came to Church On Fire sand got our air back going. They diagnosed it found the issue and got it back up and running. A guy tried to charge us $2500 for what they charged $500 for so be careful there are scammers out there. Mr. Sergio and Joshua we appreciate your service and would recommend them as honest skilled men to do the job.

Sergio was very kind, professional and responsive, along with being very reasonable. I was about to install a new heating system with my HVAC repairman. When Sergio was referred to me then came out to inspect the job, he also concluded the heating system needed to be replaced. However, for the exact same price as my original repairman, Sergio put in a slightly better system and replaced all the connection components, something my repairman was not going to do. He was very communicative, thorough and it was very apparent that he takes pride in his work. This was my first time working with Sergio and Brothers Heating and Cooling, but it will not be my last.

Sergio did a great job replacing some very dangerous exhaust ducting in one furnace, moving a condensation line and return vent on another. Super communicative, quick and quality work. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Update to review: This is the third time we’ve used Brothers Heating and Cooling. We bought a house to remodel and chose them because we’ve never had a problem with any of the installations. Sergio, the owner, is always on call and ready to help at anytime. I’ll use him again for our next project.

My parents AC unit wasn’t working and they came the same day and fixed it. They did a great job. Their prices are very reasonable. Sergio was very kind to give them a discount. He’s great and very honest. He really knows what he is doing. I use Brothers Heating and Cooling whenever I need HVAC services.

Sergio Torres is the best in the business. He comes from 3 generations in the HVAC industry.. My central AC unit is 50 years old and about 3 years it broke. I got Sergio's name from my neighbor who was very pleased with his work so I called him. He came out and fixed the old girl and it was working fantastic. This year tho it would not work so I called him again. He came right out in 95° weather. Turns out it won't respond to the thermostat anymore. And the part he needs is not even available anymore! They actually LAUGHED at him at the parts shop! So Sergio showed me how to turn it on manually and it's working great again!
He is hard working, honest, fair with his pricing and really knows his stuff. If Sergio can't fix it, no one can!

Our Restaurants A/C was not working, called multiple HVAC contractors, Brothers was the only responsive company. Before giving a diagnosis, every possible issue was troubleshot. The issue was the circuit board not commutating with the thermostat. Within the same day, Brothers found the factory replacement part, warrantied the work, and got our A/C working. Thank you Brothers for delivering outstanding service, May god continue to bless you all.

The most amazing customer service! Found parts for my 85 year old furnace so fast and felt so terrible that my 7 year old daughter would be here without heat that he came back at 9 to fix it just because he didn't want her sleeping in thr cold. Sergio is the best ever. I highly recommend!!!!!
