Eileen was incredibly professional and reliable. If she missed my call, she called right back. We had a new air conditioner delivered directly from the manufacturer. Even though they were fully booked with other orders all week, they still managed to arrive within 2 hours after the unit got delivered! Their prices are reasonable, their service is highly dependable, and their communications were impeccable! We could not have asked for better service!

I was very impressed with the service I got from the person who answered the phone to the gentleman who came to my condo. I have a very old system that 5 other heating and cooling places said they couldn't fix. These guys came out and it was done in 10 minutes. The price was unbelievably good. They also gave me a price to put a new unit in which was very reasonable and I will definitely go with them when this one finally dies. They were also very considerate and put shoe coverings on in my home. They explained everything to me, I just really appreciate the professionalism. Thank you.
