Sergio was incredibly professional. He arrived to my home despite encountering problems on his way here and proceeded to quickly diagnose the source of my furnace's issue. He quickly changed the needed parts and even helped tighten the seal of a register. Along the way his suggestions and conversation were welcomed. Talking to him in my native language was great and I am happy to say Sergio possesses a level of integrity that clearly guides his work. My wife and I started to replace the vanity in one of our bathrooms when we noticed that we needed to update the plumbing to be able to use the new vanity. I called Sergio and he was able to stop by and look at the project and give me an estimate. Over the next few days, he and his team (Santos & Fidel) were able to reroute some copper water pipes, fix the drywall, paint, and install the vanity with new faucet. This is the second time we've worked with Sergio and his team and we are very satisfied by the quality of the work. We look forward to future projects with Sergio and his team.

We bought a townhouse that was previously a rental property, it was vacant for months before our purchase. The duct cleaning company who serviced our home informed and showed us how extremely dirty and unmaintained our furnace was. The owner of the duct cleaning company referred us to Sergio/Brothers Heating & Cooling, as he vouched for the kind of work he does. We contacted Sergio that very moment and was able to immediately set an appointment. He went to our townhouse that same day and assessed our furnace and AC condition. He explained to us in detail the current condition of the furnace & AC, what the problems were and what needs to be done. Being first time homeowners we know very little of these household items, Sergio really took the time to explain them to us, took photos & videos and pointed out to us what are normal and not. He then set a plan and discussed with us what needs to be done. The next day he and his worker came back and thoroughly cleaned and fixed our furnace, he showed us first how it looks before , and then after the work was done. We are amazed by the huge difference. Very detailed work, neat and organized. He then proceeded to clean our AC, he explained to us what will be done and the materials to be used. The before and after AC cleaning appearance is just astounding. We are really impressed of how meticulous Sergio
does his work, very professional and shows utmost care and concern to his client. They cleaned up after working on our townhouse and made sure not to leave any trash, and received a call the next day to check and make sure everything is fine.
