They were fast and responsive; i.e., responded and fixed my furnace issue within 6 hours of my phone call for service. The person they sent was both nice and very knowledgeable. Just short of a couple on-site hours he fixed my furnace issue and solved a fireplace problem too.

Keith was professional, courteous, clean, respectful, took time to explain all options and process and thorough. He addressed multiple issues, worked magic and made a very difficult job look easy. The multiple skills possessed by Great Lakes' professional is admirable and commendable. I have high standards and expectations which Keith & Great Lakes met and exceeded. They go the extra mile. The owner himself came and spent the day assisting Keith. I can't say enough good and would recommend them in a second! Honest, reliable, on time, professional, respectful and clean! AWESOME!

The girl answering your phones is incredibly rude and doesn't speak clearly. Called on a very hot July 3rd to get the air conditioning fixed, huge mistake. The phone call was extremely rushed and my issue did not get resolved.

I have used Great Lakes Plumbing several times. Always do great work, clean up after themselves and respond quickly. Highly recommended.
