Technician responded on the spot, they were great, fast with reasonable prices. My experience with the techs was amazing. They are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. They stayed after midnight trying to fix it. The owner was very professional and well experience on his field of work. I definitely recommend them. Very hard working, responsible and respectful family.

March, 2023 Update: After 13 years, we finally got around to asking Sergio to finish the whole house HVAC job that we started long ago. 13 years ago, Sergio put in two systems, one for the basement and first floor of our big 120 year old house in Edgewater, and another system for the second floor and attic. (The attic was mostly unfinished at that time and totally in "standby" when it came to HVAC. But, the system Sergio installed was "ready to go" for the attic.) We're now upgrading the attic and Sergio came out and added ducts, etc. for the now-being-finished attic. This included putting a one-of-a-kind self-fabricated "boot" under the floor of the attic (and above the ceiling on the second floor) to feed a downstairs room. Excellent job. Top quality, very responsive. Highly recommended.

A number of years ago Sergio installed a very complicated heating and AC system in my 110 year old house. Two completely separate units, one for the basement and first floor, the other for the second floor and attic area. Excellent workmanship. Good price. I particularly like the job he did on the visible duct work in the basement "game room."

Just had a small problem with the thermostat for one of the units. Sergio came right out and fixed things. Good fast service, good price.

Summer:2021. Sergio installed a top of the line commercial water heater in the house. Good job, good price. Highly recommend.

February 2022; Another minor problem with furnace system. Sergio came right out -- late in the evening -- and fixed things right away. Terrific service.

Where do I start with how awesome of a company Brothers Heating & Cooling is? Our (new) HVAC unit went out over the weekend, and the company that installed it wouldn’t send someone out to service it. I searched commercial HVAC, and not only did Brothers show up at the top of the list, but they were located right around the corner. I called the number on Saturday, and Sergio answered the phone. He said to send him my address and would be by later in the afternoon. I was like, wow! Sergio and Josh went above and beyond to dissect the issue with my system thoroughly. They not only won me over with their fantastic service that day, but they won my annual service business permanently. It’s tough to find this level of customer service these days. Thank you guys for not only getting my space cooled down but for the follow-up checking on how the system was working. I would recommend these guys in a second! See you soon!

Sergio and his team are amazing. I called Sergio and he was able to come to my place later that same evening to address an issue with my boiler heater. He is honest and saved me a lot of money by fixing a small issue with my boiler that I was told by another HVAC company required a new gas valve installed. Sergio assessed the issue and fixed it on the spot and my heat is working great now. Would recommend Sergio and his team to anyone needing HVAC work!

Sergio at Brothers HVAC was friendly, professional and honest. He repaired my furnace on short notice. He was able to mend my furnace in the short run to get my heat working quickly then he came back within 24 hours with the replacement part and completed the job. His price was extremely fair and I even tipped him extra for being so great. Brothers HVAC has earned my business for life! 3 Cheers!

Read some good reviews and decided to try Sergio with a small residential HVAC repair. He was incredibly professional and informative and described everything he was doing and why. He's not going to tell you to buy a new unit when all you need is a 20$ part. Don't hesitate to call, he's honest and thorough. You need a guy; he's your guy.

I recommend this company 100% my a/c went out during the hottest days in Chicago and after making a few calls a family member mentioned Brothers Heating and Cooling so I called them up and Sergio answered the phone I explained the problem and he came to check it with his son Joshua that evening, they tried to fix it but we found out that it needed to be replace, since my condenser and furnace were 20 years old I decided to replace both he sent me a proposal the next day and after signing the contract he said it will take 2-3 days to get it done because I also wanted to get an extra line to a second floor bedroom, a couple days later the units arrived Sergio and his team started working around 9am. Since it was hot that day they did not stop working until all the work was done he said he didn’t want my family to go an extra day without air conditioner and they got it done by 9pm, he even came the next day to replace a wire to the thermostat, I’m thankful that I found BROTHERS HEATING and COOLING and I also gained a friend.

My heater was working but no heat was coming out. Made several calls to repairs companies and Sergio was the first to call me back. explained what was going on and he came the same day to try to fix it. Unforunately, he had to come by the next day with the part he needed. He Fixed it and now its working perfectly. He was knowledgeable and respectful with the 6 ft distance between us and him. He didnt make us feel unconfortable in any way. I will truly use him and his company going forward with all our heating needs. Thanks Sergio, you´re the best.

I found Brothers Heating & Cooling from a Google search - my heater wasn't working and i'd been quoted high amounts to get it repaired from other companies. Sergio & his team were very responsive and came over quickly to do an assessment of what was needed and was able to fix it the same day! I couldn't have asked for a better experience - will be using Brothers Heating & Cooling for all future heating/cooling issues that arise. Extremely professional and responsive - I couldn't be happier with the way my heater was repaired!
