If you're looking for a honest & hardworking HVAC guy, look no further, this is the guy! My tenant's AC went out half way through one of the hottest weekends. I found Sergio's company through the next door app neighbor recommendations and decided to give him a call. He picked up right away & told me he would be at my place in a few hours, that he was currently looking at another AC that had gone out. And he asked me If that was ok with me. I was surprised he told me he would be at my place in a few hours, I was expecting him to say that he was closing up for the night that he would swing by Monday like most companies would say. But no, I called in that evening and like he said, he came by that same night and took a look at my tenant's AC!

He wasn't even there 5 minutes and had already figured out what was wrong with my tenant's AC. A 19 year old unit; the blower motor had burned out from the outside unit. I was stunned, completely surprised that he figured it out so fast. This guy knows his stuff! While he was there he noticed that the person that had installed the AC unit didn't properly secure the electrical box from the unit & he proceeded to explain to me what could happen if someone were to touch it while it were raining in the condition that it was in. He gladly agreed to change it for me & mount it properly. So then he proceeded to ask if I wanted him to replace the blower motor & all necessary parts. I agreed & he gave me an estimate on the repairs+labor.

Since the unit was 19 years old, finding the part proved difficult. He went to several warehouses to find it and was finally able to acquire the part, but when the part arrived it wasn't an exact match. So Sergio brought the part back to the sales Rep to exchange it for the OEM part. The sales rep told Sergio to modify it, grind it down, it'll be fine. But Sergio said NO, he doesn't do business like that, he wanted the OEM part that would fit exactly how it's supposed to fit. He was in constant communication with me letting me know where he was with acquiring the parts. He was able to order the part from a different warehouse & install it the same day he received it from UPS.

That being said, I believe he went out of his way with communicating with me to finding the exact original part for me. He saved me thousands of dollars. Thousands! Any other company would have said, "Ya no we can't find the part, this unit's obsolete. we gotta put in a new unit & we gotta run new lines because the refrigerant is also obsolete & we're using a different type now"

My family & I are forever grateful that we were able to find Sergio & his team. I can not thank him enough for showing up when he said he was going to show up. For finding the parts & making suggestions on different ways to improve the building.

Heat turned off and temperature was dropping in my house. Immediately called brothers heating and cooling see if they can come by. They showed up in the same day and explained what is going on with every single detail needed. They showed me areas of concern and what I needed. In no time they helped fix everything with what to look for in the future and checked up on me regularly coming if any issues came up ASAP. The service from Brothers Heating and Cooling company are very professional. We went through our home insurance and it was nothing but a back and forth issue with excuses. So we then took matters into our own hands and called "Brtohers" on a Sunday and we weren't expecting a rapid response as it is during the Holiday season and to our surprise they picked up the phone on the first try came out and assessed our furnace issue and repaired it the next day with no problem. Something our insurance could have done. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks and also will be using their services moving forward. We are very pleased and grateful.

Always trusty work from Sergio at Brother Heating and Cooling. My furnace would continually power off, Sergio came over and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Thanks Sergio!

This guy over charged me for work that didn't even need to be done. Heater broke after a few days of this guy replacing heater pipes that where perfectly fine. All he did not was complained about doing his job. At the end the heater broke a week later. I hired another company to investigate the issue. Turns out that the bottom of my heater unit was rusted out and leaking gas. We trusted brothers heating and cooling to do good job instead we paid 1700 dollars to listen to this guy complain and almost blow our house up.

My heater broke in the middle of January and Sergio was honest and even tried a cheaper option to see if it would it would hold for the rest of the winter. I ended up needing a new unit but I appreciated the honesty and the effort.
