I’m a new homeowner and had questions/concern regarding hvac system. Sergio came by and checked out my concerns. He was extremely detailed and provided me with great information! He was also very kind enough to take a look at other things that I had “pending” to look at and, wow, I can honestly say I have hit the jackpot! Lol Sergio is amazing! I can’t recommend him enough! Got great service today from Sergio, who came exactly when he said he would and diagnosed the issue with my upstairs furnace right away. The problem actually was a poor quality install from a different HVAC company a couple of months ago. Very friendly, capable, and honest. Would definitely use him again.

Sergio was very professional, timely, and easy to work with. He is a true craftsman! He was able to come to our house within the hour of us calling him. We had two nest thermostats that were faulty, which were causing our heaters to not work properly. Sergio came to our house at 1am on Christmas Eve and helped diagnose the problem and install new thermostats. Thanks to him we will be having a warm house for Christmas! One thing that I appreciate about Sergio is that instead of selling us on a potential solution, he walked us through our problem and offered different options. He was excellent at communicating the problem as well as the pros and cons of each of the solutions. I plan to exclusively use Sergio's services from now on.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Truly wish I had not wasted my time calling some well-known companies. We had a heating emergency on one of the coldest nights. One company literally said they "would not be able to help" because they did not know how to work with our type of system and the other one did not get back to us until literally 5 hrs. later when they advertise as a "24/7" business. Thank God! I found Brother's Heating Co. I was shocked, but in a good way that Sergio answered his phone on the 2nd ring. He made it to our home in a very timely manner. He explained to us what the issues were and the steps to fix them. That to me is how a professional should work. Prices were also very reasonable. From now on Sergio will be our go-to person.

My heating system went out on the coldest day in December so I called Brothers Heating & Cooling very early in the morning and Sergio answered the phone right away. After Sergio diagnosed the unit, he determined the heating motherboard was defective and gave me the cost to repair the heater but also provided a proposal for a new heater. Since my units was over 20 years old I decided not to repair but to replace the old unit. Sergio worked his magic and temporarily left my old unit working while we waited for the unit to come in. Once the new unit came in, he quickly came to install the new unit and everything is working great. Would definitely recommend Brothers Heating & Cooling.

I’m very happy that Sergio made time from his extra busy day to come check out our tenants furnace that was malfunctioning, he even extended his day until late night hours to solve the issue with the furnace. Thanks to his knowledge and experience he was able to fix the problem accurately. Thanks to him and his big effort to fix the unit our tenants will not have to suffer cold temperatures tonight when they go to sleep.
