I highly highly recommend Idaho Geothermal. I just had Erin out to service our HVAC system, we had installed in March 2020, after Right Now Heating and air walked away from the 16,000.00 Geothermal unit, they installed 5 years earlier. We were on our third unit which broke down every summer in the hottest months. I had spoken to Brian, during that time to see why we were having such continuous families issues, since our 20 year old geothermal system, worked fine until Right Now heating and air convinced us, it was on its last legs. Which in hindsight I wish we left alone.
We had to have a complete HVAC system replacement in 2020 by Odaho Geothermal, as we couldn’t afford another Geothermal system then after paying 16,000.00 to Right Now Heating and Air.
Since then our Idaho Geothermal and heating HVAC system by Bryant, has never failed. In fact, both systems cool and heat the house better, than the Right Now installed unit ever did.
With the black mold behind the old unit, we now feel they never were properly installed to begin with.
Everyone in Idaho Geothermal and heating has been wonderful, down to the 6 months checks on filters and maintenance. We are so very grateful and thankful to have now made it through two summers, without having air conditioning units placed in our windows with cardboard sealing them in for 6 weeks, while Right now was ordering parts and or whole new replacement units.
We just purchased the air filtration system, today l, as our property was dusted severely by subdivision construction going in around us. The room purifiers and air cleaners we purchased, and duct cleaning did not alleviate our lung issues, nor my sons dust allergies. We are so looking forward to the install on Monday, in hopes to finally breath clean air. We hope that my husband won’t have to use two inhalers or I have to use one everyday . We never had lung problems until our home and property were covered by this fine powder, the developer dug up . I wish we had gotten the air filtration system.two years sooner. Anyone, living in close proximity to these developments should consider a filtration system. This fine dirt dust, not only caused lung issues, but killed 9 trees. They are excavating 100 year old farm fields, which begs to question as to how much pesticides and fertilizer residuals are we all breathing?
We are very very grateful to Idaho Geothermal for a HVAC system, that has worked perfectly, and for recommending we get the air filtration system today. . I’m looking forward to seeing an overall improvement in our lung issues, son’s allergies and having a cleaner dust free environment.
