Amazing experience with this company. Our water heater was deemed dangerous by the gas company and we immediately called Idaho Heating and Air. They arrived within 30 minutes and Justin provided us amazing service. This was an unusual problem and Justin utilized all resources to make sure we had a solution by the end of the day. He arrived the next day with the necessary parts and quickly and efficiently solved our problem and we had our water heater back up and running. Thanks again Justin and I would recommend this company to anyone!

My AC stopped working just as summer was heating up. Andy came the next day and had it diagnosed and fixed within a few hours. He was so great, very knowledgeable and just a nice guy. I hope I don’t need another repair soon, but if I do, I will definitely request Andy again.

What an adventure. Monday, I have a broken 17 year old ozone destroyer. Tuesday, I have something installed that would rival the technology of a Chinese spy satellite.

First time using service. Idaho Heating & Air are a local company and they offered a pre-summer AC maintenance check. Justin was on time and extremely professional and helpful by explaining what the service would include. He also indicated that if he discovered anything he would immediately show me what was uncovered, and then provide me options for remedy. Justin alerted me to a electrical short problem, where it was clearly evident that there was some shorting issues which nearly had burn through one of the wiring harnesses. This is exactly why it’s important to do pre-summer check ups. Justin provided me a comprehensive overview of what it would take to fix it, as well as the cost. Idaho heating and air had the components on hand and completed the fix and minimal time where he showed me what maintenance he performed as well as taking before and after pictures. I’m a big supporter of using local companies, and our experience with Justin and Idaho heating and air was nothing short of excellent.

Andy came with Noah. Both were very polite, supportive, professional. Andy gave the rundown of timeframe he'd need, and asked if I would like recommendations, which I did, and he was very thorough throughout the whole process, very calm, and kind.

Searching on-line for HVAC concerns to be addressed can begin an avalanche of eager quick $ Buck seekers. However with Idaho Heating & Air was comforting and educational from the get-go. Never at no time did I feel as if I was taken advantage of. 1st person that arrived @ my house to diagnose my concern of no cooling was Andy Fountain, he took the time to listen and not discredit my analysis of perception for fail point. His overall system knowledge was apperant immediately. Within minutes of my expelling the cooling problem quickly led to the diagnosis of a cracked heat exchanger (dangerous situation) and where my R-22 had leaked out internal of the cooling coils. Within the same day Andy set me up with Scott Loftis a Design Consultant. This would normally be an anxious defensive posture, not with Scott, his experience and sincere compassion for our need to have a safe reliable system without going overboard into "up-selling" after 3-4 hours of designing a complete system was in itself rather pleasurable compared to what you would normally predict this larger dollar investment into a system to keep your Family safe. Idaho Air was able to put this package put together and begin installation within 36-Hours. Now where rubber meets the road was the tear-out and install, I can't say enough positive things about Kevin White & his install partners. They were punctual and professional during the entire task at hand. I can be very inquisitive at times trying to get an understanding of the design and piecing of components together and they did not falter their streamlined & organised approach to supply me with my Bryant System and answer my questions along the install window. At no time did they take shortcuts or were in a hurry to get the job done on a Friday night. Yes when the ultimate time comes to get HVAC concerns addressed please do your homework and shop around, but I would highly reccomend Idaho Heating & Air be in your initial search options. This was a pleasant process with 0-pressure.

Idaho HVAC provides excellent service maintaining my somewhat complex boiler(s) heat & geothermal air residential systems. I switched to Idaho after Mike Sellers quickly resolved a 2 month long ongoing boiler problem (in a December COLD spell) that our previous company could not resolve. His expertise and problem solving skills plus a willingness to consult with the boiler manufacturer fixed the problem in a matter of a couple hours. He went on to perform the recommended manufacturer maintenance that had not been done in the 4 years since we purchased the house (billed yearly but not done!). This thorough attention to detail has resulted in spot-on, no error performance in the last year much to the relief of my wife. Well done and greatly appreciated!
The office staff are always helpful and friendly. Scheduled appointments are kept with txt notifications before arrival. Pricing is reasonable for the work done. They have provided excellent advice on preventative maintenance helping to ensure my systems are at the peak of efficiency and reliability. I can easily recommend Idaho Heating and Air to be on anyone's list of preferred suppliers as they are on mine.
