Erin, our service technician, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. He was very adamant about finding what was causing the issues with the heating system. I feel like this is a great companay that I would highly recommend to service your HVAC needs.

Erin Skelton was just here to service our ac. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained alot of things I need to be doing to keep my system going smoothly. Oh and He loves dogs and plus for me.

Idaho Heating and Geothermal installed our geothermal system back in 2012. I was impressed with their service and commitment to customer and employees. I have recommended their company and services at every opportunity. We recently had a system failure during the extreme high temps, I was expecting several days, possibly weeks before we seen a tech, I called The office, spoke with one of the owners and had a tech out the next day. Tech Mike was great, he had us up and running as soon as he could. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the folks who work there. I highly recommend them.

Met with Scott today to discuss replacement of our furnace (after some major issues were found as we did our winter tune up). We were Scott’s last call of the night. He spent just about 2 hours with us gathering information and presenting various purchase options. He was friendly and answered my questions clearly and was honest about questions he couldn’t provide concrete answers for because of the number of variables to consider. Scott was knowledgeable and provided guidance and suggestions in a way that was not pushy. Although our meeting went long, Scott never seemed annoyed, frustrated, or in a hurry to be on his way. I appreciated his commitment to wanting to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for our family. We first used Idaho Heating and Air this past summer when our AC went out, and both then and today they have provided exceptional service.
