Highly recommend this company! I appreciated the communication and accurate updates I received when someone would be arriving at my home and I liked that I was texted a picture and bio of the techs that was coming, it made me feel safe and comfortable. I had my AC fixed and I requested someone to come out and look at my AC, furnace, and water heater for upgrade options. Scott and Erin were very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate them taking the time to explain and show me what they were seeing and walking me through everything. They even sent detailed emails with pictures to my significant other who is currently deployed so he could be included in everything that was being discussed. Everyone had such a great attitude and were wonderful to work with. Could not recommend them enough!

Andy was the consummate professional, very thorough as he checked and serviced our AC, furnace and water heater, keeping us informed along the way. He was honest and ethical when describing what our units needed to bring them up to par. An excellent employee for sure and a great asset to the company.

We bought our house at the peak of the housing market and the home inspector did not do a great job inspecting the furnace and AC units. Our furnace quit working in November and our AC unit was so old it used illegal refrigerant. Needless to say both needed to be replaced. Being new to the area we called several places who were more than a week out, but Idaho Heating & Air came out the same day got our new furnace installed. They also installed a new hot water tank and a new AC unit for us.

Fast forward 6 months later they just came out to do our FREE included service maintenance. Andy was amazing and made sure our AC was running at its best for the hot upcoming months and changed out our filter for us.

I highly recommend this company. We were new to the Boise area and it seems to be hard to find trustworthy companies to work with. Idaho Heating & Air is definitely one of the good ones.

Idaho Heating made the nightmare of our entire system failing, so much more bearable. Andy Fountain came out to diagnose the issue and he was incredibly professional, DID NOT use any fear tactics to get us to buy a new system, honest and showed us everything, and clearly explained things. They were so kind to us and swent above and beyond when they didn't have to. Chris Coleman was our installer and he was clear and professional and took time to answer all our questions and was not in a rush to get out once the installation was completed. They have a great team! I highly recommend them and will never go with anyone else!

These guys are the best. I needed to replace an older furnace and add a heat pump at my house in Smith's Ferry. I had 4 bids from different companies. Idaho Heating and Air beat the others by THOUSANDS of dollars. Everyone on the team is exceptional. From my first call to the owner Bryan (I heard him on the radio) to the fully installed system today was less than a week!! Natalie, Scott and Brian 2.0 are all great! Kevin and Hayden did the install and were incredible... I'm older and they could see I was struggling to put my Starlink antenna on the roof while they were here, so they took a couple of minutes and did it for me! Incredible service. 5-Star all the way. I can't say enough good about Idaho Heating and Air (and Starlink) :)

I have a few rental houses and have always used other companies but I tried Idaho Heating and Air this time and now I'm a life long customer! The experience I received from start to finish was great and everyone is so nice. My technician Scott cam out and WOW!!! He is a book of knowledge and helped me pick a system that fits my needs and budget. I will only use this company from now on. I wish I could give more stars

We loved our experience with Idaho Heating & Air. Erin (one of their techs) was super informative, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. And Kevin (the one who installed the HVAC) was prompt, professional, did excellent work, and communicated well during all parts of the install process. When the city inspector came, he noted that the company always does good, clean, quality work and makes his job easy. (: Communication with their office was also easy. Recommended!

Andy and Mike came to do system maintenance before the summer season starts. They were both very personable, thorough and took time with us to explain the issues that we had with our unit. My husband was with them while they did their trouble shooting and they showed him how different parts should be working so he visually understood why we were having problems and gave us a some options for repair. They were very patient with two "older" people and answered all of our questions so that we understood what we needed to do. Highly reccommend this company and Andy and Mike.

I can’t speak highly enough about this company Scott came in on a sat did an inspection of my home and was very transparent on what we needed to cool and heat our home efficiently
2 days later Scott the sales man and Brian the field supervisor showed up they had a whole crew here ready to work Kevin Andy romin Chris Aden and Hayden dove in head first they busted there butts all day doing a full retro install of a new ac unit and furnace dual zone install and all new ductwork in the crawl space and the feed lines for my upstairs
There whole goal was taking care of us and that’s hard to come by these days

If you’re needing any kind of maintenance or new hvac equipment I highly recommend this company everyone from the office to field employees have you in mind not the dollar

If you are looking to upgrade your current heating system, Idaho Heating and Air is the company to call! Not only do they install, service and maintain geothermal HVAC units, but dual fuel and air to air systems as well. Jason, Brian and their crew are the BEST and did a fabulous job on our retro! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!
