Idaho Heating & Air

I just want to thank Idaho Heating and Air for being so amazing. They answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. They explained everything they were doing, how much it would be, how long it would take. They provided email contact information as well as phone contact information. They came out for free to give me an estimate. As i was price checking prior to agreeing to a company. All of the people I spoke to and dealt with were very polite and respectable. Very kind and knowledgeable people. They have payment options and different programs if you qualify, which is amazing! I couldn't be happier with my choice and would recommend this company to anyone out there looking to replace their furnace and/or air conditioner.
I really love how responsive they were. They still answer my phone calls or emails and questions. They are fast at responding and if they do not know something they find out for me and call me right back.
Their work was above amazing and full of quality. They were fast and installation but did it with perfection. They were very clean and didn't leave a mess. They talked with us the whole time and were very personable. I hate pushy salesmen but Idaho Heating and Air were amazing and very easy to talk to.

You will not go wrong if you pick this company to replace, check, update, or tune your furnace or air conditioner. The minute I used the new air conditioner I could instantly tell the difference. These guys are the best.

We had to replace our heating system and went with a Water Furnace. We are super happy with the decision. The install went smoothly and everything was done without any problems. Our house is way more comfortable than before, no cold drafts and the house is warmer overall. We are just very happy with everything. We wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

I had your technicians come out twice first to install air ducts complete throughout my house due to crawlspace was full of water and second time toilet water overflowed and both time the technicians were prompt and there work was great. I don't lremember there names but I believe one was name Mario he was one of the one that came the first time.

Bryan, Mike, and the whole crew at Idaho Heating & Air are thorough, professional, and deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. They did such a great job installing our HVAC system when we built our home, that we had them come back and expand the system when we finished the basement. We had a couple of issues, but when we called them, they sent someone out the same day to get it resolved. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or replacement system.

We had Mike come to the our house to complete the annual maintenance on our heater. He was super professional, along with being very informative on what to look for.

Mike was absolutely amazing. He explained my whole geothermal system to me, and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. He let me stand over his shoulder to learn about my system. He found an issue that a previous company missed which has been costing me hundreds of dollars each month. I'm so glad I finally found a company I can trust and develop a relationship with. I highly recommend this company, and I highly recommend Mike. Thank you.

Scott was very professional and addressed all of our questions. Things he didn’t know the answer to, he got an engineer on the phone for us. He took the time to consider all of our opinions on the project.

An absolute top notch company! If you are getting estimates to replace your AC and furnace, I highly recommend making Idaho Heating and Air one of the companies you call. I had three companies bid my project and IH&A came in noticeably under the other two bids. It wasn’t even close. They never tried to upsell or pad their bill. They offered top of the line equipment, helped with the financing and had it all installed in less than a day. It runs like a charm. I wish every company were as honest and easy to work with as these guys. Good people all around from the owners to the technicians. I won’t use another company and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
