Very professional and knowledgeable. Scott Loftis came out and gave us a bid for a new geothermal furnace, He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very good with the whole experience.

2 days ago our heat suddenly stopped working. I called Idaho heating and air and they were here within a few hours. We found out our furnace, water heater, and AC unit all needed replaced. Furnace had cracks in it which can cause carbon monoxide to get in the house. Mike and Scott were concerned about her safety and said it really just need to replaced Because it’s very unsafe. We were able to get financing To make payments and Their crew came and replace everything yesterday. Thank you to Mike and Scott and the rest of the crew that came and installed everything. While it isn’t what we wanted to have happen, we are grateful that you took such great care of us And were able to do it quickly so we weren’t without heat!

$79 call fee, $75 holiday fee, $20 service charge. Came Christmas eve. Mike Sellers diagnosed and fixed in about 10 mins. Unclogged hose with a nail. He knows his stuff and is personable. Happy to have heat for Christmas.

I called Idaho Heating and Air because my A/C failed and they had been maintaining my system for the past year. I called them on a Saturday evening and an answering service picked up the phone, which led me to believe that I would get prompt service. Momday morning, I received a call from them that they would be out around 10 AM, which they were. I noted on the phone that the problem seemed to be a bad bearing in the compressor fan.

The tech verified my analysis, and said they could have a new motor on site in an hour, and quoted me a price that I felt was high, but we were in the middle of a heat wave and I wanted it fixed. When he was done, the bill was about $80 over the quote, because it included a fee for analysis, which I had already done correctly.

I asked the technician about whether there was a warranty on the new fan motor, and he said that I would be getting that information with the paperwork from the service call. As of today, four weeks after the service call, I do not have paperwork. I also noted to the technician that I had requested a bid for a geothermal system, which the company supposedly installs, and that I had not received that bid. He stated that he would tell the company that I hadn’t received the bid, and that they would be in touch with me.

Yes, my A/C was fixed, and it’s still working, but I have had no followup on either the warranty status of the repair or my request for a geothermal bid. It was a high price to pay for mediocre service.

Brian and Nate did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship in the installation of the unit and all the plumbing is superb and set a new standard for my expectations. I will be pointing it out to future suppliers as the example for other projects.

We had geothermal and radiant heat/cool installed by Idaho Geothermal starting in 2020. Thanks to covid it took forever to get through the project but these guys hung in there with me. I recently had a pump go out during the 100+ degree days recently and these guys were out the next day. I can't thank these guys enough! It was a pleasure working with Brian, Andy and others and while I hope I don't need any more work done anytime soon, I know these guys will be there for me if/when the time comes.

Just got a repair done by Ryan and Mario. They came to our business on-time with great communication from their office. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Ryan repaired someone elses mistake in the HVAC electrical system and had the AC compressor fired up. The knowledge and being able to explain the issue gave me trust and recommendations on future maintenance and upgrades didn't give me a second thought to use them again for that job. We will be using them for our residential property as well. Thank you very much!

Ryan came out fixed an issue a previous plumber messed up on our hot water expansion tank, also did maintenance on our AC and furnace unit. He was kind and informative, answered all of our questions! The office was very good about keeping us informed on when the technician would be at the home. Highly recommend Idaho Heating and Air and Ryan!
