Quick response and very professional. Very good tech skills used to diagnose the defective parts needing to be replaced. Quality job done in under 2 hours. I'm very happy with the A/C Operation at this time!!!

The Ashley crew that helped us were very professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. They showed us how to properly use our system as well as putting in the new furnace and AC quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new heating and cooling system.

I have used Ashley Heating and Air for years! I would and do recommend them over and over to all my friends! They are an amazing company with excellent employees!!! He gave me several options and checked on me after the install to make sure I was 100% happy! If you need a new system call and ask for Rick you won't be sorry!

Met Daniel at our first service call in July 2021. He performed the a/c service and was very thorough with cleaning our a/c's condenser coils. He explained the benefits of prepaying for four services, a/c and furnace, so I did. Used his furnace services last fall. And had him service the a/c today. I highly recommend him as the technician along w/ Ashley. And with a small glitch in the scheduling/appointment, Shannon at the office was quick to admit a mistake, own it, and provide a remedy! :-)

Was so happy with there work we had Ashley heating and air come in and do a full replacement of our ac unit when it went out this year. Our old unit was over 25 years old and finally called it quits. They were again very professional and had the all the work done in a timely manner. Answered all my questions and was easily understandable. Highly recommend

Ashley heating and air has been great for us. Last year our AC had gone out and so I went out to find some to let me know what was going on, as well to see if we could fix it. Due to money was tight with us just having our first child. Three of the four companies said no repair could be done. But Ashley came out and was able to find a fix. They didn’t promise it would last long but said it was a quick fix. It was exactly what we need for last year and yes it only lasted the year but put us in a better spot. So they were the first ones I called when the AC went out again as I was trying to test it out before it got too hot. Dane was our rep that came out and he was amazing to talk with and heard our needs. We were able to get it in within three days of us starting the process. Mike and Zak were are techs that came and installed our system. They were very respectful and made sure we understood everything that they had done. I certainly would have my friends and family use Ashley!

We’ve used Ashley for years and they’ve always been great but this most recent experience led me to post a 5 star review. Water heater died yesterday morning...repair tech was here within an hour of the call who reported to us it was dead. Then the person to provide an estimate to replace it was here 2 hours after that. And 25 hours after we first called them, they were here to replace our 75 gallon tank. Hot water restored in about 26 hours. Everyone we ever deal with there is always super professional, helpful, etc. Happy to continue to give them my business!

I used Ashley Heating for 4 years for regular spring and fall maintenance visits. I was always impressed with them and I didn't have any complaints, recommended them to a few family members as well. With my last furnace maintenance, the technician said there was a crack in the heat exchanger and recommended replacing. I started the process to get a few bids for replacements.

During the process of getting bids, I was encouraged by a friend to get a second opinion on the crack and I had two other companies out that could not find the crack. I called Ashley and spoke with their manager, who firmly stood behind their technician, which I respect, and sent another technician out the next day. The second Ashley technician was unable to find the crack, he found two suspect spots but easily was able to feel them and they were scratches, not cracks. I then didn't hear from the manager for two weeks but did hear from salesman texting to see if I was by chance still interested in replacing my system and I just felt like they were really pressing sales, which really was unfortunate. I called back in and spoke with the manager and expressed my overall concern with the situation and I hope that this doesn't happen to others in the future. Hopefully they can look at some processes and continue to improve. In summary, if they recommend any replacements, I'd recommend a second opinion from another company to verify. There is no doubt in my mind that Ashley Heating does good work but I do not have full faith in their practices and I'll be switching companies.

I can’t not say enough about Ashley heating and a/c. We replaced a furnace, a/c and water heater all were 30 year +. Met with Rick he provide complete breakdown a reasonable/fair quote was reached, Rick and his team arrived as stated, installation was transparent and professional and the team cleaned up after the work was completed. The next day Brian (Ashley) came to see if there were any issues. We couldn’t be happier with Ashley, we highly recommend them. Thank you Rick S we really enjoyed working with you!

This company is amazing! From start to finish. Dane came out and did a spot on estimate. Canyon and Jacob did a really great install and Bill was here to check things out as well. They really went above and beyond what we expected. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE and I have already recommended them to friends. WE LOVE OUR NEW SYSTEM! When then were finished the install, they cleaned up and you wouldn't even know they had been here except for the wonderful new install. Our system is great!!! Love it. Thank you so much!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
