Ashley has maintained our heating cooling for years. The technicians are always nice. We recently had a leaky hot water heater and Ashley had the problem fixed in a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

Every person I dealt with at Ashley Heating Air & Water Systems, from the emergency on-call person, to the sales rep, to the installers, were very knowledgeable, professional, polite and easy to deal with. I could not be happier with their AC and furnace products, as well as their service. We have used Ashley in the past for occasional service calls on our 26 year old furnace, so we already knew who to go to when it was finally time to replace the entire HVAC system. If you need any HVAC maintenance, or new system entirely, go with these guys - you won't be disappointed.

Ashley Heating & Air is awesome. They were responsive when I requested their service. They sent out a sales person who directed me to what I should use for the size of my home. They showed me what savings I could gain by choosing different systems. They hooked everything up in a timely and professional manner. They did not leave any dirt or stuff for me to clean up. After the install A technician gave me a through walk through on the system and thermostat. They left me assuring that my new system would get me through the hot and cold weather, and if there was ever a problem it would be their top priority to fix it right away.

We needed to replace our 19 year old AC Carrier compressor. We have had Ashley Heating Air and Water Systems maintenance service plan for at least twenty years. Herb Heppner was most helpful when the AC went “out” during our run of 106 degree temperatures. He looked at their work schedule each day to see when the time for our replacement could be fit in. Herb called me each day with an update. Herb carried a portable AC unit up to the master bedroom and set it up for our “survival”. Thank you Herb for your after hour help.

We called Ashley heating and air conditioning for a second opinion on a malfunctioning air conditioner. Daniel, our technician, was professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our AC unit in a couple hours. It was literally 1/20 the cost of our prior quote. The other company would have needlessly replaced several parts without fixing the problem. I will definitely use them again for any heating or air conditioning needs

The installers Clayton and Canyon were great. The introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do and what they needed from me. All along they asked if I had questions or concerns. Once completed they walked through all they had done and explained the operation and helped us get the wifi completed. They left the work area very clean after completed. Outstanding jog gentlemen thank you.

I searched around and read reviews and this was the best system + install I could find. Installers were great (friendly and fast) but I was most impressed with the consultant they sent. He was super knowledgeable and very experienced. Absolutely no nonsense. Really appreciated that.

Daniel did a good job getting our system ready for summer. He located a weak capacitor and recommended replacing it. He quoted $299 for the part. The part itself cost $10 and it looked like about 10 minutes of work to get to the part. I passed on that expense and will do it myself. Otherwise, very satisfied with the visit.
