Ashley Heating Air & Water Systems

We are very pleased with the service we received from Ashley heating and air. Dane was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had buying a new heater, air conditioner and water heater. The installers Jesse and Canyon did a excellent job. We would like to THANK them for their hard work. They answered all the questions we had.I will recommend Ashley heating air for sure.

Our central air conditioning went out on a Friday and we did not call for repair until nearly 9:00 PM. The crew from Ashley came out that night, brought us portable ac units to cool our house and had our compressor/condenser unit replaced the following week. Everyone we dealt with at Ashley was super helpful and kind. Rick and Canyon were extremely knowledgeable and worked diligently to get our system functioning efficiently again. I highly recommend Ashley for all ac system maintenance, repairs/replacement.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received from Ashley Heating & Air. The technician Daniel was very courteous and professional and performed the service to my satisfaction.

I called for a second opinion. Ashley heating offered to come out and look at my system free of charge. The previous company told me my blower motor bearings were going out. And a rusted coil. Josiah was my tech and he was very informative and told me that there was no issues with my system. He explained how my system worked and gave me alot of information about it. I am very happy with the service I received! I plan on always using Ashley heating in the future. Thank you so much! They literally saved me thousands of dollars. The other company wanted me to replace my system. Which has no issues.

Dane came out and gave us our estimate. He was very informative and responsive to any questions we had. He told us what Ashley would do for us, unlike another company that bad mouthed other HVAC companies. Tommy and Zack did a great job installing and informing us on how it was going. We felt bad for Tommy, being a 90+ day and being in the attic. He was a total professional. We will definitely recommend Ashley to other people.

I highly recommend Ashley Heating & Air. Our 25 year old furnace broke during a cold snap. Herb came out immediately and sold us exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price without trying to upsell. The crew was able to install our new furnace and AC the next day. They did a professional job and Mike even patiently helped me get the Wi-Fi thermostat programmed and showed me how to operate it.

The installer Tommy and his apprentice were very polite, professional and efficient. They expertly installed my new furnace and air conditioning unit and left the area cleaner than they found it and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns before they left. 5 Stars all around!

Water Heater installation - Ashley Heating & Air came out the same day I called them, which was a pleasant surprise. They sent two very professional and polite young men, who maintained their composure when faced with a difficult install due to a very old water heater, stuck valves, and malfunctioning water pump. They went above and beyond in trying to fix the problem, staying after hours, and calling their supervisor for help. I appreciate their customer service!

Our furnace stopped blowing hot air on a Sunday. I gave Ashley Heating a call, they answered right away and within an hour Kelly was at our house. He did a great job. Very friendly, and he explained all the work he was doing. It was worth the cost of the off-hour service call just for all I learned from him.He went through a series of diagnostic steps, found the problem and had things back up and running within an hour. Probably the best customer service experience I've had all year.
