Fast, professional, and clean install. Canyon was very responsive and got me a quote quickly and worked around my schedule to get my heater installed in less than a week will definitely be using them for any future hvac or water system needs.

I had my tankless water heater replaced with a new one. Ashley was very prompt in sending out first a service technician to see if my old unit could be repaired, then a comfort tech to go over replacement options with me when I learned that my existing unit could not be repaired, and finally an installation tech to put in the new unit. All were great to work with, came on time, were very professional, and Colton did an excellent job on the install. I recommend calling Ashley for your HVAC and water system needs.

We have been using Ashley Heating for years! They are reliable and if there is an issue they really do their best to get out to fix it within a day. I recently had our AC serviced and after just a couple weeks the downstairs unit was not working. Daniel at Ashley Heating came the next day and fixed the issue quite quick—working 15 minutes! A wire had come loose and he was able to get us back up and running before the hot temps show up later this week. He was professional and friendly! My old A/C went out after 24 years just as 100 degree days were coming on. Ashley was quick to respond, gave me very reasonable options for a new HVAC system, and was quick to perform the install. I could not be happier with the quality of the product, their responsiveness, the professionalism of their staff, and the felling of being treated like an old friend, not just a "customer". I've had several other friends who have used Ashley for new HVAC systems and they have had exactly the same quality experience. Further, you don't pay extra for these things - I priced a competitor who was $4,000 more for a comparable system.

UPDATE: So it's been a few months since Ashley did the work for us. They come out after a few months to just check things so we made an appointment. Once again, a service guy named Daniel showed up on time! Took him about 45 minutes to check things and everything is fine. I asked Daniel where the best place to buy filters is as we had just used the last of ours about 2 weeks before. He gave me some ideas and left. Later I went out the front door to find he left 2 filters at the door. Again, these guys are on time, stick to a schedule, sell good products and as a bonus are just nice people. Thank you!

Best service! Came over to service our aging AC unit within two hours of calling. Rob the technician is super friendly and knows his stuff. Didn't try to sell us on a new system and thoroughly explained the issues we were having. Two thumbs way up.
