Wonderful experience! Every person my husband and I came in contact with was honest and kind. The staff went above and beyond while installing our air handler. It was found the air cleaner from another system had a recall due to fire safety risk. We had 4 other people out that did not catch this safety hazard. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Carter and Sons provided the best service. David Nesbitt is a consummate professional. He was on time, honest, and caring. It was a breath of fresh air to have a company treat me not just as a customer, but a family member. I wish every service provider had staff and the level of care for its customers.

I called on short notice. They were able to build me into their schedule the same day and resolve my A/C issue (or lack of) in a matter of minutes. John helped verify my repair was under warranty and owned the processing of the warranty claim. Thankful for John's assistance in getting my home cooling again.

Had my AC go out in the middle of July. I called several big name HVAC companies in the Atlanta and most said it would be 2 to 5 days before they could show up. Carter and Sons fit me in that same day around 7:40pm. My family and I were very great full to have our AC restored and we will be using them for all future HVAC needs!

This is not your typical HVAC contractor. I was met with an absolute confidence in their craft, and with the sense that they were going to do things right. Quoted very competitive price, showed up on time, stayed til the job was done, didnt bother me while in the job, and cleaned up after the job. I scrutinized the results and I couldnt have asked for a better installation. Fittings were neat and clean. Duct work was precisely joined. New system works so nicely!!
