I had a wonderful experience with Carter & Sons! David was very helpful. He worked with need and didn't try to oversell me. He was very thorough and made a painful expense as pleasant as can be. Also, Bryce who installed the furnace was so polite and calm. These are great traits of a service person in your home. I would recommend them to anyone!

Carter and Sons came in and repaired our AC this past week. They were very responsive at a time when most HVAC companies were to busy to come. Zac was friendly and made our repairs quickly and affordably. We will be using Carter and Sons for our HVAC needs from now on. Very happy with their service and professionalism.

Carter and sons replaced our HVAC system last week. They went above and beyond our expectations. Their sales rep, David, did a great job laying out all of the options and did not try to sell a higher priced unit than we needed. He did a follow up visit after the install to insure that everything was installed correctly. He stayed extra to look at our hot water heater that was acting up to try and fix it. The lead installer, Nathan, was very professional and did a great job. He stayed for 12 hours in the first day if the install to make sure we weren't without AC for the weekend. I couldn't more highly recommend Carter and Sons for HVAC services.

Communication was very clear and concise from the get-go, technicians were friendly and performed the work in a timely manner. Facilitated an unusual request without issue. Will likely make use of their services again should I have need of them.

Ryan G. at Carter and Sons HVAC is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. He also patiently listened and answered about a dozen questions I had about our systems. He was able to fix our system without replacing the entire system (which is 12 years old). After that, I felt I could trust Carter & Sons and went ahead and signed up for the twice-annual maintenance system.

My heater was not turning on and my thermostat had to power. Ryan the HVAC Tech came out super quick. He was very helpful by explaining to me in detail what was wrong and how it can be repaired. I appreciate his patience with me and all of my questions. By the time he left, I gained person growth in my own knowledge over HVAC and had a working heater and thermostat. Thank you Ryan.

We are in the process of growing our business and it's been so hard to find an HVAC partner to start a maintenance schedule for our suite. Most of the other companies were slow to respond, didn't service commercial units, or flat out hasn't followed back up to our appointment requests. Carter & Sons were different. I was able to speak to someone immediately when I inquired and despite having a packed schedule, had someone come out within a week of us calling. Zac, our service tech, has visited us twice now due to our tight client schedule and was gracious, professional, and efficient every time. Being a small business owner, I greatly appreciate working with others who kind and knowledgable so it's great to find HVAC service partner we can rely on.

Amazing Customer Service!!! Carter & Sons has been my go to company for all heating and air conditioning needs since we moved back to GA 8 years ago. David has always been quick to respond, very professional & extremely knowledgeable. So, of course I would call them when we needed someone to look at our AC for our business. He was quick to diagnose the issues & gave a very detailed quote. I highly recommend this company to everyone for residential and commercial needs.

Carter and Sons have been servicing my HVAC system for years, and I've always been happy with their work. The quality of work is good, I've never had an issue with the service they provided. The pricing is fair. John came out to fix a problem with my system this morning. He arrived early, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and talked with us about other projects/services we'd need in the future. I've always trusted his work.

Our AC wasn't working the day we moved in to our new home. I called on a Friday at 4:30 pm. Zac came to our home promptly on Monday afternoon. He diagnosed our issue quickly and explained it very well. Ryan came out the following afternoon and installed the part that was defective. He explained everything he did as he did it and was completely transparent about pricing. We will be customer of Carter and Sons for as long as we live in Atlanta!
