Best hvac company! We have been using them for 20 years, recently had our units replaced and got quotes from several companies, they beat them all by almost $1000!! Service is friendly and they are always prompt to respond. I referred my parents to Carter and sons when their hvac company said they needed a fix that was more expensive than a new unit. Carter & Sons came and had a look and fixed it for only $30! They are honestand don't upcharge you, tell you exactly what you need and the best way to get it.
Great Honest service by David. I found out about carter & Sons when i had a AC that wasn't working. I called two companies to come look at it and they both told me i needed a new AC. I was about to buy one when someone told me to call David, so i give it a shot. David came out and within 15 min determined that my AC was fine and that all it was was a blown fuse! Less then a hundred buck, and AC still going strong. Thank you David for your honest work!
Our technician Ryan was very professional and came prepared with the appropriate PPE on (mask, boot covers, gloves, etc.) He performed the the service to our inside and inside units and was able to do so without much involvement/direction. He was very kind and left the work area as clean as he found them. I definitely will be using Carter and Son's for my HVAC maintenance needs going forward A+++
When our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, David was out the next day to check it out. We could not be more pleased with his communication, professionalism, work! I used Carter & Sons a few years ago to install a new furnace. When my AC unit went out over the weekend I knew who to call. The repairman was early and he was able to find the problem within seconds! It was as simple as a switch that had been turned off. He didn't stop there though. He pointed out that the unit was too close to a wall and therefore wasn't working as efficiently as it should be. He moved it for me. It took 5 minutes and just the charge of a diagnostic. I'm so glad I called Carter and Sons!
David came out to give us an estimate in a timely manner. It was excellently priced and the worked was done professionally and quickly. A week later, our AC started acting up but it was an issue that had nothing to do with their work. David fixed the problem the next day for free and was amazing to work with.
My air conditioner went out Friday night, and Carter responded quickly and had John to my home 30 minutes after I called. He was amazing. He walked me through everything that he was doing, answered all of my questions, and gave me a little AC101 which I very much appreciated. He was done within the hour, and it wound up being significantly less costly than I expected. A wonderful job! I'm very pleased, and will be signing up for their annual service. Thank you again!
I purchased a new home in the last year and all the HVAC equipment was ancient, in desperate need of replacing. So, I started getting estimates with plans to wait out the summer and replace it in the off season, but fate found such a proposition too tempting to let pass. Going into the month of July, peak season for the HVAC service industry, with no air-conditioning and no desire to waste money repairing the old equipment, I prepared for the worst on high costs and long install wait times. It turns out that fear was unwarranted as David not only gave me a great deal on some high efficiency Carrier systems, but he squeezed the install into the schedule on short notice. Everyone on the installation crew was courteous and knowledgeable, and by working late hours and performing small miracles they managed to get my house air-conditioned on the evening of July 3rd, just in time for a long holiday weekend with scorching temperatures and high humidity. They returned the following week to finish up the job, and so far, I'm impressed with the quality of their work, the attention to detail, and all the little extra things that are the hallmark of superior customer service. Special thanks to Nathan for taking the time to answer all my questions about how everything works and for staying until nearly midnight some nights to get the job done.
