Carter and Sons is a company with the best service we’ve experienced since buying a house. Everyone from the owner to the administrators at the office is great. They are cordial, punctual, knowledgeable and will do everything they can to solve your issues. Their prices are fair and competitive. We highly recommend them, we simply wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great service! Came by to check out a thermostat issue, and it ended up I have a low voltage issue that was causing the problem because it was wired wrong. Zach was here for 5 hours until 8:30, but got the work done for a great price. I highly recommend Carter and Sons.

I have been a customer with Carter & Sons for 15 years. They are a reliable and trustworthy company. Recently, the compressor on the HVAC system at my house died. Even though I am a loyal customer of Carter & Sons, I was encouraged by David N. To compare their quote with two other competitors. I chose a small firm and the other was a big one that advertises on radio and TV. Carter & Sons price was the lowest of the three. David was very patient with me during the bidding cycle and never pressured me to make a decision. Nate W. and his team installed the unit in the tiny crawlspace at my house. They worked diligently for 2 days in the hot summer. They were very nice and polite and always wore their booties when they came into the house. I highly recommend Carter & Sons.

Carter and Sons does quality work for a very fair price! They installed a completely new system for us, including ductwork,, furnace, and AC. David was great to work with in quoting the job and spent plenty of time answering any questions I had. The crew was very respectful of our home and left things clean each evening. Communication was great all around.

I would highly recommend this family owned business. John (owner) is a very laid back gentleman and gives you a simple honest opinion. We felt very much at ease during his assessment. The day of installation was just as easy. Both Nate and Bryce were very careful while in our home to keep traffic areas clean. We were very pleased when the job was complete.

Ethan was very polite, on time and certainly knowledgeable. I really liked that he took photos since my system is in a crawl space under the house. He made a small repair and explained how if could benefit to prevent a larger problem down the road. Dave their Sales Manager helped me in reviewing a mini split I had purchased even though they were unable to install. So happy I found this company!

Carter and Sons HVAC are the BEST! I had them out this morning (they showed up promptly, as scheduled) to look at my 19.5 year old furnace which had stopped working several days ago. I had feared it would require replacement or expensive repairs. Instead, John quickly diagnosed a very simple problem and was able to quick (and inexpensively) repair it. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism and, as a result, they have earned a very loyal customer. I know I can count on them, just as I have for approx. 5 years now.

Carters and Sons created a Zoning System with our current HVAC unit, so our upstairs would be better regulated. They also replaced damaged duct work. Nathan and Josh were great. They arrived on time and worked all day to get the job done. They were polite and did a great job.
