I moved into my new house, built in 1996 ac and furnace original to the house. The house had an add on but no upgrade to the ac unit. David came out to the house very professional did a load calculation for heat load on the house. Sent me the quote with 4 options based on budget. The crew came out and replaced furnace and ac and built a new foundation for the new unit that looks incredible. They also identified issues with the current ducting that was a potential hazard and brought it up to code. I fully recommend them based off of their quality product.

John Carter came to our home to fix our AC problem. He did an excellent job. He checked different parts of AC to see where the problem was and then determined that the condensate pump was not working and also that there was a possible blockage in pipes connected to it. He replaced the pump immediately and cleared the pipes and the problem was solved. He patiently answered all my questions. He even checked the second AC unit to make sure it was working ok.
I would hire “Charter and Sons” again if there is an HVAC problem. I would recommend them to my family and friends also.

Great experience all around - they responded quickly to get me on the schedule for a repair. Arrived in a timely and professional manner and had the replacement part/repair done same day. I'll definitely continue to work with them in the future.

My furnace was not working and John Carter came to check it out. He showed up on time, established what was wrong and fixed it in 15 minutes. This is my second service call with Carter and Sons, both times easy to schedule and great service.

These guys were great. Explained details of their service and suggested a product device they use to help clean/purify the air, that costs way less than duct cleaning. I couldn't be happier!

Perfect experience. I called for help with our AC which had been acting strange. John came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it just as quickly. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly and responsive, and since they are a local company, I don't feel that I am 'just a number.' I recommend them to anyone and will use them exclusively in the future.

Wonderful service from Dave! Not only serviced our AC units, but tightened a loose fan wire and secured a gas line to improve safety. Highly recommend!! Honest and a gem to work with!
