Clark's Heating and Air

I’ll be recommending Clark’s to my family and friends. From the call for service, to completing the work, the communication, timely response and professionalism was excellent. The technician was pleasant and polite. He was also well trained and was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem.

David came out to repair the heating system in our house. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. I most appreciated how thorough he was. Felt like I got my money’s worth!

David came out today to repair my AC unit. He was able to come early which was great for me! He got my AC up and running within an hour. Great all around service! I highly recommend Clark's Heating and Air!

I called to see if I could have someone to come out to check our AC. It was around 11:30, figured it'd take a few days at best. I talked with Lisa, I think was her name. She was very personable and said someone could out but it'd be after 6pm that evening. Well, to make a long story short I had my air up and running by 4pm. The service rep, Tom Thompson, came out and asked what was going on. When I told him he was pretty sure what the problem was, and he was right. Within 45 minutes he had it going. I have no idea if what they charged was higher or cheaper than any other but I felt it was reasonable, especially since my air was going in less than 5 hours. I plan on using Clark's the next time I need service and when I do I'm going to request Tom.

My Technician, Tom, is always on time and truly professional!! I feel like he finds the issue, fixes it and never tries to charge me for items that aren't necessary to address my issue. We did have a little scheduling issue on the follow-up for this repair...after the part was received, but that was quickly resolved with a phone call and Tom showed up on time and made the necessary repair!

I was delighted that the technician was on time and called to tell me that he was on his way. David added a part to my unit last year to get rid o mold. I was happy to hear that it worked. (No mold). David is professional informative and friendly. I will definitely use this service again.

Congratulations on providing us with a top notch representative to repair our HVAC. Johnny always presents himself in a professional manner, however he also is like a family member. He was prompt, professional, friendly and well knowledged in repairing our system. We couldn't think about using another HVAC company.

Travis and Joe arrived exactly on time. They were professional, courteous and worked very quietly. Kept the carpet protected, was in and out quietly and completed their installation almost exactly on the minute they indicated it would take them to complete the job. Difficult to express our complete trust and continued support for this wonderful HVAC company. We continue to meet additional staff from Clarks HVAC and they all have exceeded our expectations.

Well you knocked it out of the park again. Dwight came today and did a verification of the installation of our new unit installed on the 8th. He was very professional, courteous and explained the entire procedure and results. We feel completely comfortable that all is well.

Jay returned with the fan motor and within 30 minutes had the system running again and the house began to cool off. Thanks for sending a reliable guy to fix our problem. He is truly a keeper and we appreciate our relationship.

Well, we had the pleasure of having Johnny come for our Spring maintenance for the HVAC system. As Always he was polite, on time, courteous and professional. We are lifetime customers to Clarks and will let all our neighbors know of our confidence in this company.

I switched to Clark's about six years ago. Their service techs are great. David was here today because my heat went out last night. There was never any question that they would come out today Dave was very personable and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Clarks and will continue to do so.

Had my semi annual check up for the summer season yesterday. The service tech Johnny called first to let me know he was on the way. He arrived right on time. He was very friendly and efficient. He quickly got to work and finished in a timely manner. No problems with our unit. Good news. Linda E.

Clark's Heating & Air was great! Our A/C broke overnight and Seth quoted us the very next day and also ordered a part we would need for install. We confirmed the job in the late afternoon and they had Ronald out to install everything early the very next morning. We only had to go one full night without A/C in this late July Georgia heat and our new system is currently filling our house with A/C. They even replaced our faulty A/C breaker. My family is so grateful for the prompt service, as myself, my husband and our toddler were miserable in the 86-91 bedroom temps. Thank you!!!
