Clark's Heating and Air

Called last Thursday for scheduling repair on our upstairs AC. They responded via text almost immediately and said someone could come Friday. They contacted me Friday morning to say a technician could come earlier than originally scheduled, which was great for us. Johnny called when he was on the way, and he showed up on time. He was professional, courteous, efficient, and able to get the problem fixed quickly. He did a few extra things like replacing some filters to make sure our AC would be running smoothly. He was informative, but never pushy. We were very happy, and will call them again for any future needs.

We had a very pleasant experience! We look forward to working with them again when needed!

Clark’s has did a great job at my house. They are prompt and do high quality work. They have a fair price and everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and acted like they cared about your satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

The install was excellent and the system has worked well from start-up and on-going. The installers know their work, have been installing these units for many years and clearly know what they are doing--experts. They were very responsive to and knowledgeably responded questions. I recommend. April 29, 2019: Clark's just completed a scheduled on 3 additional units at my residence and, again, did an excellent job. Their tech was knowledgeable, thorough, communicated clearly what was done and any concerns he had(none at this time). I re-confirm the 5 star

May 20. New System making rattling in outside unit. I called for service which was scheduled .in only 2 days as unit was cooling just fine. Thoroughly checked out unit and determined debris had gotten in from recent rain/wind storm. Unit operating just fine. Great response time and problem identified and resolved promptly!
Follow-up Sunday 12/22/19 Returned home to see our heat pump outside compressor unit totally frozen up with frost and ice encompassing the outside unit. I phoned the after hours repair line, left a message as stated by the answering service voice mail and within 15 minutes I received a call back from the on-call emergency after hours technician. After answering a few of his questions, he asked if I would be home in an hour and stated he would be here in about an hour. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty part, ensured our emergency heat was operating and adjusted the heat pump unit accordingly and stated he would call back Monday (the week of Christmas) with status as to the availability, etc of a part. The warehouse did not have the part and was to be closed until that Friday, but the heat pump emergency heat was working ok. The tech called back Friday, had the replacement part, came over at 9:00am and installed it. Now working just fine!

Fall PM and once again exceptional service and technical skills that I trust and rely upon completely. The tech is a master technician, very customer oriented, communicates his findings clearly, invites questions and is a top service provider.
Fall 2021 PM update, excellent service by knowledgeable and professional tech. who answered my questions and explained everything that was done to fully evaluate our 4 units. I will definitely renew the annual service agreement in the spring time

March, 2023.We just replaced an older heat pump with a brand new Lennox unit. The install and follow up by the Clark's team continues to be excellent. On time knowledgeable installation team that completed by early afternoon. This new unit was running per specifications from start up and continues. Clark's team continues to deliver top installs, maintenance, service and follow through as professionals.

Great communication from the start with the lady I spoke to in the office (apologies for forgetting her name). DL was our service technician and he was on time, professional, funny and knowledgeable. We purchased an annual maintenance plan for both of our units and will continue to do business with Clark’s.

After 2 local HVAC services visited .....with estimated repairs ranging from $850 to nearly $1700.....Clarke's came and after 30 minutes or so realized that while we were using expensive filters and were in fact changing them monthly.....we were using the wrong filters for 1 of our 4 units. $200 and were were good. You have us now for life. Thanks

Clark's Heating and Air could not have made my experience any easier. One very quick phone call and my upstairs unit was up and cooling in no time at all. You know you chose the right company when the owner was out running calls to keep customers happy and helping out his technicians on these extremely hot days. Way to go Robert and Melissa Clark!

I completely understand why Clark's has a five star rating. We moved into our home and at some point in the afternoon our air conditioning lost its mind and started blowing hot air. After unloading boxes all day, not in the mood to be miserable all night! Next morning we just starting googling places and came upon Clark's. It starts from the minute the phone is answered. Very lovely and professional woman got us all set up for an apt. the same afternoon! The technician was on time and was so very professional and nice. He knew what he was doing and in no time had everything all repaired!!! No upsell pressures, just wonderful fast service at what we felt was a very reasonable price. Definitely have found our HVAC provider. You all run a first rate company. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you so much! The Nicholas family
