Clark's Heating and Air

We had a new system installed; they were here over 15 hours. When they left, we had air, however, the quality was beyond poor. I spoke with the owner the following morning. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the first day of installation, at 4 pm the installation manager came out to bring a correct filter box and told me they had about another 2 hours remaining. At 7:42, I asked the installer how much longer, he told me it would take another 30ish minutes. At 9:15 when he couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, he called his manager. 2 managers came out and at 12:17 am they left. The installation manager returned at 11:30 am to correct the install. The "lead" installer (per the owner) they had here on day one did not even make sure the outdoor unit was sitting on a pad that was the correct size, he set the unit in the wrong direction, did not correctly wire the system and more. This was an absolute nightmare for us.

If I could leave a separate review for the install manager, I would give him 5 stars. He was the one that came back out to correct all the problems, he was professional and nice. However, at the end of the day your money is going to the owner, and he made it clear that he didn't care about his customers. Yes, after being rude and not taking ownership of his employees and their mistakes, he did call to provide me with one update. He ended up giving us $500 off, which was an insult for what we paid and went through. My husband is a stroke survivor and sat without air for 15 hours and couldn't sleep because of workers in our home. The install manager agreed with me that this should have been a 6-to-8-hour job. The other manager asked me to wait 24 hours before leaving a review. I thought a lot about this over a weekend and decided others need to know so that the owner is held accountable for how he treats his customers.

Would not recommend them to anyone! In the midst of all this, they did not keep us updated. Communication was terrible.

I met the owner at a fair where he had a booth & was impressed by his demeanor. Very nice man. I took his card and scheduled my maintenance with this company. Johnny Spikes was my service tech and he couldn't have been any better! Sweet, friendly 'kid'....who has a terrific personality and went beyond his call of duty.......I HIGHLY recommend using Clark's and I took 40 cards from Johnny to pass them out at my gathering this Sunday in our community! Four people already signed up with Clarke's already, the day I had Johnny here! Great company, excellent value........

My furnace stopped working. It was 18 degrees for our high! The man who installed my furnace had moved out of state. I called Clark's because they are local and I am so happy I did!!! They were very professional and courteous on the phone. A kind, knowledgeable and courteous technician came out within 5 hours and repaired my furnace! Clark's Heating and Air was such a blessing to me!

I called Clark's right after buying a home and discovering the AC wasn't cooling. They came out right away and were on time with every appointment. They priced and explained everything along the way, showing me readings and status updates on the system. We had to replace the whole system due to previous homeowner neglect but these guys worked for us. They put in a solid 13 hour day nonstop and stayed respectful and kind to me and my family. And the attention to detail - this is not common for much hired work anymore. Clark's went above and beyond to make things not just work good but look good and perform small parts of the job that I never would have expected.

Highly recommend. They earned my business and will continue to be my go-to recommendation to anyone searching for HVAC.

Dustin was our tech today and did a phenomenal job! I appreciated the 30 min call ahead notification. He was professional/ courteous/ and new exactly what he was doing . We also discussed additional work that we look forward to ached and having done! Definitely would recommend this company

We inherited Clark’s when we purchased our home, the Fall service was already paid. We decided to keep them because they did a great job and their plan was a better value. We just had our Spring service and received a clean bill of health. I was so happy the technician didn’t try to up sell me like the Toyota dealership does EVERY single time I get my truck serviced!!!! Thank you Clark’s for being an honest company that works in the best interest of your customers:0)

Yesterday our air went out and our house got really hot really quick! Called Clark’s on a SATURDAY afternoon the tech “Johnny” answered the phone told him what happened and he said mam I am about an hour away but I can head that way now! I was like ok sure! Johnny showed up, very professional and got out air up and running within an hour! So very thankful and grateful! We were so impressed and now they have a new customer! I would highly recommend them!

Clark’s Heating and Air is a wonderful company to work with. Johnny came out yesterday to perform the summer service check up. He was on time, friendly, courteous, and professional (plus, he’s a dog lover!) He explained what he did and showed me pictures of his work. Their prices are very reasonable, they were considerably less than the company that our builder used to install our HVAC and I like that they are local and family owned. I’ll recommend them to all my friends and family.

After researching and getting quotes. We went with Clark and we feel we made an excellent choice. The technician was on time, professional and explained everything. He completed the spring maintenance on both units and added a valve which was needed. Looking forward to many years of wonderful professional service.

Dustin did a great job for us. We were doing proactive maintenance to prevent any issues if possible and he was very thorough!
