Excellent sevice. Highly recommend this company. My first time using this company. Will use them again. Had an issue with my ac unit, luckly it was something minor. Called, and within 30 minutes i had a response. John is very honest and reliable.

I have used this company for over 10 years. They have done big jobs which required installation and small repair jobs. They have saved me money, and costly repairs due to their honesty and knowledge. It is rare to find people like John, Josh, and Jarred who are not money hungry trying to take advantage of their customers. I highly recommend them.

I just wanna say thank you to Joey's heating and air-conditioning and Mr Jones. I called late last night and Mr Jones came out to my and fiancé house in statham today to repair our heating system. My fiancé and I are so grateful that we will be a repeat customer.

24 hr service is a lie.. Left a message with answering service and they never called back. My family was without heat on the coldest day of the year and they never called even 5 days later to see if I still needed help. Thanks for your consideration. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Service sucks.

Outstanding service, warm and friendly conversation, low cost, quick response during the summer heat dangerous temperatures, my outside unit , i guess heat pump part, needed electrical repair, defrost board if i recall, electronic board control part. i had bought window units to keep my 80 year old Mother cool and safe, Joeys saved us with low cost, not crooked in any way, TRUSTWORTHY . i thank you Joeys A/C

We are having issues with our air unit we think the fan motor went out. My husband spoke with John very unprofessional told my husband we are blaming them for the reason the fan motor has gone out because my husband thinks that's the issue considering that has happened in the past and it seems like the same thing. He told my husband that the best thing we can do is find someone else. Never would I use this company. My husband not one time blamed them for this issue.

Jarred came out to give us a second opinion after we got an initial quote from a big chain company. He wouldn't quit looking until he found a possible solution. He literally saved us thousands of dollars. The integrity and trustworthiness of this company is above and beyond. We are already recommending this company to everyone we know.

John came out immediately when I called and was very kind and professional They were able to quickly get the parts I needed for my AC and Josh came and got everything installed and up and running in no time. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I couldn't be more grateful for these guys and will be using them from here on out for any of our heating and air needs. I highly recommend Joey's heating and air!

These guys are great, They have worked on my equipment for about 5 years and just recently installed/replaced my unit.
Very efficient and has saved us a little money.
